Don’t ever go here they are so unprofessional I got a truck from them even tho it was sold as is I was told nothing was really wrong with it. Lies not even a month out of having it I had a whole engine problem outta 6 thousand dollars there mechanic sent me somewhere to get it fixed instead of telling me they can fix it on them without me paying because he didn’t wanna do it the people messed it up so I had to get Kia to fix it outta more money they were going to help with some of the cost but came up with any excuse so they wouldn’t have to help they are giving out bad cars and trucks with poor service and hiding behind the sold as is theme so the lemon law can’t be used unless you got money to get a good lawyer and really fight them I wouldn’t even dare. Run the other way not to even mention if you use leasing they will add so much more to what the vehicle is going for to basically you paying the amount you would for a brand new car Izzy is the one I dealt with they play to many games and try and cover up so much stuff even the lies from there mechanic so don’t do it

Recently I purchased a suv from here and unfortunately it was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. It was all fraud. My sales person Jacob seemed so sincere at first but I was definitely scammed. Jacob sold me a suv that barely lasted 2 months, and when you try to get in contact with him he avoids your phone calls and apparently no one else in the establishment can connect you . Not to even mention the fact that I was overcharged for the vehicle and my down payment is missing.I wouldn’t waste my or anyone’s time trying to purchase a vehicle from here.

We came into the lot expecting a fair offer for a car worth about $17k, everything seemed fine at first, service was good and everything seemed fine at first, until we got to the numbers, were everything went downhill, they tried to charge us $407 BIWEEKLY, with no true explanation or where the money was going towards, showed us a number and expected us to oblige. Thankfully we saw that offer left immediately, I definitely do not recommend coming here if you expect some sort of transparency as to how they are truly trying to up charge you

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE We Purchased a 2021 Mazda 3 from NJ state auto 406 Sip Ave Jersey City on 1/18/25. They charge approximately $3000 claiming to do a thorough inspection of every vehicle they sell. Not until my husband took his daughter for her driving test did we find out that the front blinkers go in the opposite direction. We brought it to Mazda in Lodi and and they spent three hours diagnosing the problem. The car has been there for a week they found out the car was wired improperly and installed the wrong parts for this particular vehicle. As of today the bill from Mazda is up to $3900 and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Nj state auto either unsafely installed these parts or failed to inspect the car which we paid approximately $3000 for a thorough inspection to resolve any issues before they sold it to us. We contacted. Nj state auto and spoke to one of the managers Izzy. They said that we could bring the car to them. They will fix it and charge us to fix it. We have no trust that they would be able to properly fix the car.. they claim it past the 60 day warranty but we bought the car with this major problem and either they did the work themselves or they never inspected the car and charge approximately $3000.

The first thing I will say about this deal ship is they are patient and are more then willing to work with you to get you the car you’ve been eyeing. When we first arrived we were helped by Andrew & our first visit was great he was clear and answered all of our questions. We did take some time after that first visit to assess and evaluate weather that was the right car for us. A few weeks later we came in with the intention of buying that same car. Andrew recommended us to his colleague Jacob and he was great he answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable about our options. From there the process was very straightforward and easy.
