Hands down a pleasure to do business with Nomad! I am in an older camper that had outdated and fried electrical parts/issues and they went above and beyond to find the necessary parts to get it up and running again. Communication along the way was great and I was kept informed of the progress. Installation day was great, and they were very very nice, knowledgeable and efficient as well as patient in explaining the ins and outs of it all as I am a first time full time camper occupant. At one point there was an issue with, not the camper, but the main electrical pole the camper plugs in to, and until that got resolved they were kind enough to lend me a generator due to the cold nights here in middle GA. The camper runs like new with lights, power, heat, etc! Can not recommend them enough! Thanks Nomad! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

In October 2024 we had purchased a travel van that we wanted to install a stand alone ac unit that could run on an exterior generator, so we could travel with our fur babies. We serached all over Ga. for someone to do the work. No one could , then we found Nomad RV Repair and they could, no hesitations , no problems. Found them online and contacted them. They returned our call promptly. They came out to our house, looked at the project and set up a date to do the work at our house. No having to take the van to a shop. The work was and is outstanding. We are very satisfied with thier customer service and work. The price was reasonable, work outstanding. Tim was very thorough and they even clean up the mess that was made inside. Kept in touch with us during the entire process, returned our phone call, even while we waited for our parts to come in. We took the van to Florida, to Mexico Beach for vacation, about a week after the installation was complete. System worked perfectly with no issues. It is exactly what we wanted. Thanks so very much to Nomad RV repair. If we need anything at all for our travel van , we will be calling them again. Nomad RV Repair is the people to call for RV repair needs.

When packing to leave Interstate RV Park in Byron, GA after stopping for the night on our way home to IN all of the lights suddenly went out in our Jayco Seneca (the refrigerator lost power as well). After determining that our electrical post still had power, the park maintenance man recommended Nomad RV Repair. They responded to our text immediately and although they were a distance away at a job they were able to work us in. They were extremely knowledgable about the electrical system in the coach and were able to diagnose and explain the issues quickly. We were fully informed about the repairs that would be needed when we returned home and even given the part number and expected repair cost. They got us on the road and we were beyond grateful for the Nomad team’s knowledge, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. This company is top-notch!

Wrong part was replaced on our fresh water system in our RV. They came out and charged us and did not fix the SIMPLE issue. They charged us $350 for a new pump and said they checked the filter and it was fine, that we needed a new pump. The water ran for a few seconds so they said it was fixed. After ten seconds, it quit again, and they couldn't come back and said they fixed it. So we called A1. Same thing happened. They charged us $150 and said they fixed it, but the exact same issue happened a few seconds after the water was checked. Finally, we get to an RV repair shop and they found the problem in one minute..a totally clogged filter that was not checked by either of the mobile repair techs. After spending $500, we got the filter replaced with a $30 part. I haven't received an apology, much less a refund. All of this while we were on our way doing disaster relief for the hurricanes. If you can find someone else, fine us either of these companies. They totally missed it on this one and it cost us dearly.

Unable to get any local mobile RV techs to come out and replace my broken awning and both entrance doors. Contacted Nomad and then drove down from Perry Ga and hooked me up! Not only did the repair the items requested, they fixed other issues I was unaware of and their response, “we treat it like it is ours!” That says it all! I found my service team and would recommend them to anyone needing any work done! Fast and efficient and definitely fairly priced!
