Joe and his team are THOSE GUYS! My vehicle was involved in a hit & run while it was parked. Driver side headlight was scuffed and very noticeable scratch underneath it. Process was smooth from start to finish. Only hiccup was that insurance was trying to pay for an aftermarket headlight, however, Joe fought to get the OEM (Dodge) headlight. Joe even installed LED snorkels on my front grille! Fantastic work!

I had gotten my seat belt stuck in my door and couldn't open or close my car door completely. I brought it to him. He took all of less than 5 minutes to pop it open. Thank goodness, another repair shop quoted me a $140 just to look at it. He did not charge me but will definitely be bringing any business. I can to him.

Our experience with Nor Cal has been nothing but amazing! They are fast and efficient and extremely helpful. Joe was very patient and worked well with the insurance that was covering the damages. By the time they were finished with my car, it looked brand new again!
