My girlfriend went there on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 with a brand new tire she wanted mounted replacing a rear tire, and then the tires rotated . They charged her $50. Then never put the new tire on the rim, just rotated the tires and they didn't balance them either. Every time I call the shop the "owner " isn't there . So t waist your time with this guy , he is a rip off.

Called to make sure they had my size for a single flat. Came in and after looking, I needed all four replaced to be on the road safely. As I can in for a single tire, I wasn’t financially ready to spend enough for all 4…. The VERY nice gentleman at the front gave me a GREAT deal on ALL 4 tires AND gave me a cold soda on a hot day!!! I was referred here by someone else, and I took extra business cards to refer other people!!! They were all very kind, quick, and honest!!! I am very grateful and I WILL be coming back for all my tire needs!!!!

An old time real man blue collar nitty gritty discount tire shop. I am a Big O on my primary commuter, but do my self roll in loose tires and all trailer tires work here, and they have decent new tires that are competitively priced, but are a very balanced grab a used and give you a fair shake, well they don't actually shake but metaphorically. This is where the struggling can't afford a full service tire shop, willing to roll without the protection of that, and stays on top of monitoring their tires for wear and condition plus psi should go in my view. Live the staff as they are friends I am there so often, also known by name at Big O, as tires are a big thing for me.

The men who helped me with my van were very kind and clear with the issues. Their prices are the best in town, and my mom who wanted to be shown every detail of what was wrong with the van first hand was very patiently shown the details of what bolts and metal bits were wrong vs right and so on. Sam and his team are always ready to help you just drive up. By far the best price in the area quality of the tires far exceeds expectations for the price could not be happier definitely recommend the good ride at truck tire. Or any tire that Sam sells. Got a hole in my tire on a 14 hour drive to Oregon ended up stranded 30 minutes out from Redding. Called every tire shop and no one had the size in stock. When we called Nor-Cal Tire, they had no stock but quickly rushed to look for alternatives and ended up finding some! Gave us a great deal at $150 for two used tires in good condition out the door with balancing and all. When we showed up they quickly assed and only ended up needing to change one tire even knowing they could’ve charged full price. Washed the tires down and inspected the rest and even rotated our front tire when he noticed it had a small crack in the sidewall to make sure we would get to our destination safe. All of this coming in 30 minutes before closing and him still offering to rotate the tires for our safety after closing. 10/10 service, a man that cares and gives affordable prices while maintaining quick efficient service, even with all of the bays full we still got in and our within 35 minutes. Owner was amazing and checked in with us to make sure we knew what was happening and him being there alone sped up service drastically, very respectable business!

We recently purchased new mud/snow tires for my mom's Subura. The tires are great, however once we left the shop we noticed a rubbing sound. When we took it directly back to them, they responded- it was not something they could take care of. After further inspection we found they had misaligned the brake clips and may have broken off the wheel stud and replaced the cap, without replacing the wheel stud. Very sad for business. We have been there before, but not again
