The old man behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. I've used this place many times before, but from now on, I will take my business somewhere else. I will encourage friends and family to do the same. I am left wondering what it is that made this gentleman think it was ok to act so disrespectful towards me....

I've been a long time customer but no more. I was there on Saturday for a car wash and one of the attendants dented my car with someone's car door, that was parked next to me. I didn't notice until I got home. Very careless on their part.

Ok car wash. There’s only a couple of helpful ppl. They don’t open on time. The staff doesn’t care about broken vacuums or missing air hoses. . They couldn’t be less concerned with listening but mostly have had all the bad attitude.

This old dude in the front register Jesus Christ.. I came in to get a car wash and sign up for the member ship the kiosk told me to wait for the receipt so I can check that my license plate was read correctly. The kiosk was out of paper. So I head in and tell the cashier what happen he looks at me shrugged 🤷♂️ and said so? How is this Acceptable customer service?? How???

Scratched my truck. Have a lifted truck. They said I was good. Got kicked off the track twice started honking my horn to get someone’s attention finally someone came and guided me out. They buffed out what they could but still have a chip in my paint now.

Hi I went in today to get my car washed paid $35 for full service and the guys that drive my car did a terrible terrible job. They didn’t even wipe the floor mats in the back. It was a full service. Very bad service very bad.

This carwash after being changed to a different name and owner it is not worth it. I paid for the full service and realized that my hood has some residue from the chemicals used. They didn’t clean the inside of my car good. And realized that what ever they use for window cleaner messed up decals that I have on my rear window. The glass cleaner also left some type of residue that rain-x can’t remove.

This place has unfortunately gone down the drain in quality of service. I overtipped the first two guys and had to come back to have a third person do the detail right. Thank you Alex, you did a great job! I will likely not be returning, I was bamboozled on the pricing and then I overtipped (my fault) and only later noticed the poor attention to detail: foggy mirrors, smudges around the car, etc.

Our black Hyundai Tucson was ruined by paint spatters on a trip from Arizona. It really appeared hopeless. Thanks to Victor, Hector, and Joshua it now looks brand new, detailed meticulously inside and out. They went the extra mile and more. Seriously looks as good as the day we bought it.

Customer service has been great. Love their services from beginning to end. I have a monthly membership, system is awesome, my car is super clean. Their waiting area is awesome and spacious, their restrooms are super clean as well. Great for on the go people. You must come and visit.

Worst place ever. The first wash was horrible. my windows were super streaky and my inside was only half wiped down. They charged my card 3mths straight when I specifically only wanted one month of unlimited washes. Went up there twice to get it straightened out, called numerous times. This was before they charged my card the 3rd time. The manager basically told me, Well you're not getting your money back. I called my credit union was refunded the money the same day. Horrible place and customer service

Great customer service! $29 gets you a deluxe inside and out cleaning. My SUV felt new again. The gentleman who cleaned my interior did an awesome job, I will be a returning customer. Great indoor seating area, clean bathrooms. Food, coffee, drinks, beer every snack you can imagine great place to have your car washed!
