The owners and management of this place are absolute trash! They had the audacity to charge me a different price than what was clearly posted, and when I asked for a valid reason, they couldn't provide one. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the additional $10 they fraudulently took from me. When I confronted one of their so-called "managers," he had the nerve to pull out his phone and start texting while I was talking to him. Then, without a care in the world, he just walked away. I'm absolutely appalled by their unbelievable level of unprofessionalism. And if that wasn't bad enough, after they supposedly cleaned my vehicle, the backseat was still dirty as if it hadn't been touched at all. The carpets were also untouched and not even damp. When I brought this up to the manager once again, he said something to his employee, who then came back and started slamming my car doors and tossing things around in a fit of rage. I am utterly astounded by the horrific service I received. It doesn't matter that it was only $10 at the beginning, it's the principle of the matter that infuriates me. And let me be clear, my car is not a large car. It's a simple two-door hatchback. Save yourself the trouble and don't even think about going to this place. Don't waste your precious time or hard-earned money here. Go anywhere else. Seriously.

Don't go here. You can get a better wash at an automated gas station. I actually left the car wash with a new grease stain on my interior water stains, and hand marks all over my car. They won't touch your interior until you pay $165 for "detailing". They charge $45+ to run your car through a light wash machine and then they run a dry cloth over your seats. The manager is a shady foreigner who denies everything. You can tell he just makes excuses all day long. Overall surprisingly shady and not worth the time or money.

I think they are best in town. I live in 15 minutes away and I would go up here just to get all my cars done. The new lady at the register Tita is super sweet and nice. Much better than the one who has been here for years who never smiles, greet or say thank you. The rest of the team are excellent.

This place has gone downhill a lot. The 1st part of the wash is OK - vac, suds, etc., but once it gets to the point individuals do the real work: hand dry, wipe the interior, etc. it's really lacking. Had it washed Sat and it looked OK at first but noticed later the dash had swirl marks, one part of my dash was dusty clearly indicating it hadn't been touched. I paid nearly $40 for the wash and detail. Told the end detail guy I was selling the car and I'd tip him good to do did a really nice job. The guy working on the car didn't speak English so I told his supervisor what I wanted. When I came back the 1st guy was gone - the supervisor was there in his place and got the tip. I don't know how the work effort was split. After scrutinizing the work (which I'll have to finish) that seemed really underhanded. I decided after years frequenting this place that was it - no more.

One of the worst car washes I have ever gotten paid almost $45 for a car wash. They didn’t even wipe nothing down didn’t vacuum. I asked for the manager and they kept. Giving me the runaround, Didn’t even even wash the car on the outside properly still had stains all over the car, like dust Looks like they didn’t even touch the car don’t ever come here save your money and go somewhere else

I was disappointed with my visit to Norco Hill Car Wash. The inside of my car was not cleaned properly, and they didn't even put an air freshener that I picked out On top of that, the coffee stains on cup holders were not wiped down, even though that's something I expected to be taken care of. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, I left feeling like the service was rushed and incomplete.

Paid $80 dollars for a “hand” wash for my black truck. I made sure to ask them not to use the brushes on my truck since they are now washing big trucks in the tunnel instead of on the side of the building. Last time I stood there to make sure they didn’t use brushes this week I didn’t. Sure enough they left my beautiful black paint with brush marks on the top half of the truck & “hand” mit washed the bottom half. Went back today for the owner to tell me “his” brushes didn’t do that. As if I don’t know my truck and take care of it meticulously. The audacity of this owner is beyond my comprehension. Carwash’s are sacred. If you’re not a car guy don’t own a car wash. I should buy this place save the people of my town from being robbed of their hand earned money.

This place had great communication, but the quality was NOT there. I asked for a full interior clean and a simple wash. Paid almost $90 and it took over and hour (what I expected). Fell short on delivery. Floor looks fine, but the wipedown on many simple surfaces is what i have an issue with. Did not fold down usb port cover to wipe. No attempt made on the head unit or surrounding areas. Dash had spots missing. Window looks like it was not cleaned. Cloth area on driver door rest looked like it had not been cleaned. Steering column was not touched. Lastly, plastic behind rear seating under the window was not touched at all. Not quite 1 out of 5 but for $90 I expect more than this.

I came to this place because a friend recommended. I paid a very high price of $246 for a complete shampooing of interior. They called me about an hour later to tell me car was ready which was surprising. But whoever called me claimed they doubled up detailers. When I got there I did inspection and noticed areas still dirty and the guy said they did best they could do. It seemed like they just shampooed cloth and put vinyl shine all over without cleaning first. I got home and got simple green and a clean yellow microfiber cloth to confirm that they couldn't do better. Dirty!!! 🤦♂️ My pics speak for themselves. Before and after.

Please do not go here. I paid 240 dollars for a full interior “detail”. All I can tell you that they did was steam the seat, vacuum, and do a quick wipe down. Everywhere I looked I saw dust, dirt, stains, and grime still everywhere. I left my car there for 6 hours. Even after taking my car back to fix their job I was still left with a lot of my own cleaning to do. The customer service is also terrible. Not once did they answer their phone or by email. You have to go in person if you want to say anything. Just skip the trouble and do not go here. Very unprofessional and terrible work

I have used these folks before. Always did a nice job. However, I went in for a simple car wash and came out with a $500 bill. They broke my center console. The reason I know it happened there was I found pieces of it in my backseat and rear of the car. They vacuum first so those pieces would have been vacuumed up if I had broke it. Sad part is they don't want to accept responsibility. Looking for a new car wash.

I've been getting my car washed here for a bit over a year now. I signed up for the monthly membership, which at a flat my monthly rate I can get my car washed as often as I like. I typically come in once a week. Because I get my car washed regularly, the interior doesn't really get dirty, but I can still say that they do a good job of vacuuming all around and in the crevices, as well as thoroughly wiping down all the interior surfaces to remove any dust. I appreciate that they hand wash the car using soft wool wash mitts, so it is easy on my paint and other delicate parts of my exterior. They do a good job of paying attention to details when drying and applying the finishing touches. Any time they have missed a spot, they are more than happy to address and correct it. They can and do get really busy on the weekends , so plan accordingly. I usually come during their off peak hours and they can take care of my car in 30 minutes or so. I can't speak to their other services, but there is a wide menu of options for all of your car cleaning and detail needs, at what seems like reasonable prices.

Paid 50 dollars for platinum wash, and tipped the workers 20 just to find my car unfinished, even left their dirty towel in my car seat. 70$ for a job I could have done at home. Definitely never coming back, did I mention that the manager didn’t want to give me a refund .
