Never come here. They fix my bumper, however when they gave me a courtesy wash(that I never asked for) they SCRATCHED MY WHOLE CAR. LEFT LINES ALL OVER IT. They said they would fix it but then said they won't touch my car. They next said to go find out who can polish my car and get the scratches out and I did. After wasting my time they only said they would pay for part of the polish process. This is mest up on a whole other level. If you mest up my car you have to fix it and be responsible for it. I will be seeking legal action now. I don't have tike for their petty run around I am receiving. If you like your car and your paint avoid this place at all cost. And please owner save your automated responses. You got till Monday to repaint my car or I'll see at court.

Treated like VIP from start to end. Dropped off my vehicle and enterprise was already there waiting to take me to my rental. My vehicle was finished a week ahead schedule, they even washed and detailed my truck. Upon pick up I was received by my Caliber Collision agent, Office Manager, and General manager. My car was damaged after an object flew off of a semi truck. The whole passenger side front wheel panel was damaged front bumper on the side so I went through my insurance company and they referred me to caliber collision. I was very satisfied with the overall quality of the repairs to customer service from Erik and the girls at the front desk who kept me informed the whole time. It was done just as they said it would be on time and overall had a great experience.
