My boyfriend, after much debate, decided to get a new car. With more research, he was determined to get a Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. We initially went to Honda World in Westminster and were sorely disappointed by our experience there. The salesman who "helped" us was neither friendly or helpful. He could hardly answer our questions and did not seem to really care about helping us at all. Our test drive was also very lackluster. We hardly drove two streets away from the dealership and during that time, he answered the phone during our conversation with no apology, and spoke to his other client in an extremely rude way. That was a HUGE turnoff for us. After much thinking, I decided to try looking at the car through the Costco Auto Program. Not even 15 minutes later, I got a call from Grady at Norm Reeves Honda in HB. He was so easy to talk to during our consultation over the phone and easy to make an appointment with. He truly is our super happy hopeful Honda helper. By the time that we met him at our appointment, the car we were interested in, was sold the day before. He did suggest that we still go on a test drive and gave us the test drive of our dreams. He answered all of our questions and more. When we returned post test drive, he answered all the questions I could have ever asked in terms of options for financing the car. However, due to needing to figure out which financial option and color option was best for my boyfriend, he decided to sleep on it. Grady was nice enough to check in and see if a decision had been made. My boyfriend immediately notified Grady and by the time that we got to the dealership, that car was also sold. After a few more series of unfortunate events that day, Grady suggested we go home and circle back when he managed to get the car of my boyfriend's dreams. Despite all the hiccups, Grady, never gave up, stayed up late, and delivered the very next day. He found a brand new fresh off the truck vehicle of my boyfriend's dreams. He immediately texted and as soon as we got off of work, we rushed there to close the deal. He gave us the lowdown on what options were available for us and what we were entitled too. After inspecting the vehicle, Grady took us to meet Lito, our other super happy hopeful Honda financial helper to do the financial paperwork while he continued to prep the vehicle for us. Lito was also such a pleasure to meet as well. He explained in extreme detail on what my boyfriend had agreed to do financially and all the options he had available. After a thorough explanation and conversation, Lito helped my boyfriend decide what was best for him and his finances. He made sure to clarify and emphasize all the things my boyfriend was entitled too in his contract. He was also emphatic and sympathetic to Grady and my boyfriend's struggles the past few days of finding a vehicle. I'm so grateful for the both of them in aiding us in finding my boyfriend's vehicle of his dreams and letting us give it a forever home. Not only do we feel grateful in having this vehicle but also for making new friends along the way with the both of them! Thank you so much Grady and Lito for all that you do! :)

I am writing this review regarding my experience with Isiah, the sales manager. I spoke to Isiah over the phone regarding a 2026 Accord Touring. He gave me an Out the Door price and he said he had the car on site. He would not give me a written quote because he didn’t want me to car shop but not to worry because every conversation was being recorded. Once I drove all the way from San Diego to Huntington Beach, he said he made a mistake and that he gave me the price of a Sport Lx instead of a Touring. He said he would give me the Touring at invoice and with tax and fees I ended up paying $2000 over what I expected to pay for my OTD price. I also ended having to wait for the car for over 3 1/2 hour at the dealership. The car was ready for me to drive away at around 4:45 pm. I asked Isiah if he could do something to compensate for my trouble and he said i actually saved money by waiting and pulled out the calculator and said I saved $800 per hour since he got me a great deal. I am not sure if I got swindled. I understand that sometime people do make mistakes but he is a sales manager and this is what he does for a living. I am definitely would not recommend buying from here.

From the moment I walked in, I was very nervous because my older brother wasn’t there to help me, however they were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I called my brother for help or advice, without being pushy or making me feel rushed. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
