First of all, they said my car wash will be $35, when I had to pay they asked me to pay $38. Even if the at the entrance shows $35 for the service I was asking for. (Talking about a really small car). Second, there was a small line, 3 cars before me, I had to wait almost 2 hours from the time I arrived to the time I left. And the most annoying, they forgot to put my front car mats back. I went back very soon when I figured out that the front mats are missing, they said no, I had just 2 in the back, what is ridiculous. I use my car every day, I assume I know if I have mats in the front or not.. They said they can watch back on the camera, I was waiting there another 5-10 minutes. One of them came back and said no, they can not watch it back now... BS, they just didn't want to admit that they made a mistake with the mats. They want me to buy a new one and bring back a recipe, to go back the 3rd time because the mistake they made/ This place is RIDICULOUS and the WORST car wash in the area!
