Blake and his crew at NWAS are the best of the best. I've been bringing my car in there since 2011 and wouldn't let anyone else touch it. They recommend and suggest what the car actual needs so you can make the best decision on how you want to move forward. And with the paint protection and monthly hand washes my car still looks brand new. Great place and atmosphere and highly recommend bringing your car in. NWAS is top notch!

Ben and Team did a great job tinting the windows on my 2019 Lexus IS350. They had done such a great job on my previous car, I brought my new car over and was met with another excellent experience! These guys are pros at what they do, seeing exotic cars in/out of their shop in Lynnwood. If you need a detail or want your car tinted or protected, come to NWAS. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome job! Met and exceeded my expectations. I took my 2017 Corvette Z06 to have new car detail, expel and ceramic coating applied to the car. Very professional. Spent $1100+ on touch up and paint correction here. Job quality was 4+, kudos to Thomas. Few spots on bumper can be further sanded and polished. But I can understand it. However I don’t understand why they call me “dishonest” after they knew I did PPF elsewhere. The full front PPF quote they gave me was $1000+ higher than another authorized XPEL installer. So when I decided to do PPF, I didn’t bother mentioning because I didn’t trust them as a honest PPF installer. This later became their excuse to blame me and why they didn’t do a better job. Edit 6/12: I clearly and explicitly said I understood when you explained the job. But the attitude you communicate - being rude and calling a customer dishonest even before I said anything were unacceptable. I never gave bad review because I will try to understand and find excuse for another party, but I can't find one this time. Customers need to watch out because the owner said you don't pay for communication, be prepared.

I took my car to NWAS for a mold treatment after the dealership told me I needed to remove and replace the entire carpet. NWAS shampood everything, did an ozone treatment, and cleaned all surfaces for a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge for replacement. My car looks better than when I bought it used! There were a couple of minor plastic items that were damaged during the detail which they ordered and replaced for me the following week. I woulr definitely recommend if you are looking for general detailing or a mold removal service!

I cannot imagine a better shop. I took a brand new, black Lexus RC 350 F Sport in for a new car package. When they were finished with the paint, on a BRAND NEW CAR, the difference was insane. Every seam, every curve was flawless. Working with them again, I had some wheels come in, after a long wait, and did the Ceramic Pro coating, then we discovered that the wheels were manufactured wrong. These guys had great advice, and were extremely accommodating. We will get it fixed, and that car won't see the inside on another detail shop as long as I own it. Super knowledgeable, and everyone I have talked to there have been great guys. And the eye candy cars that are in there make the visit pretty fun, too. Seven stars, damnit!

I had to get some custom vinyl work done to my car, so I wanted to “shop around” for similar local businesses. And although there were a couple shops that were under consideration. I ended up going with NorthWest Auto Salon, primarily because the other shops just seemed to lack the “Human Element”. At NorthWest Auto, Ben made me feel completely at ease, and listened thoroughly as I detailed what it was that I had in mind. He was very transparent and I decided to give them a shot. And I couldn’t have been more pleased with the end result. The level of detail and precision shows the passion that they have for the work they do. And they will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Again Ben was very transparent in terms of the cost and even went out of his way to end up saving me some money on the final price. You pay for what you get, and NorthWest Auto is most definitely worth every single penny. The proof will clearly be shown through their work. They gained a loyal customer and I’ll be back. You won’t regret coming here!

Went to just ask a question on PPF and the owner couldn’t have been more rude. Felt like a lecture. I walked away and won’t go back. Sure they do good work but with that attitude I’m surprised they are in a customer facing business. Maybe it was a bad day and his cat died. Who knows.

I cannot recommend this small business enough. Two bottles of champagne exploded in my 2017 Subaru Forester's passenger seat carpeting. I tried to clean it myself, but there was just too much liquid. I brought my car in, and they said they were super busy but still took my car in because they wanted to help me, and they finished my car 2 days earlier than expected! Two honest guys with cute dogs in the office.Could not be happier with the speed and care of this shop.

I may not have the most expensive car they’ve ever taken care of in terms of having a vehicle detailed here but I’m pretty sure it’s definitely near one of the dirtiest. Needless to say, I have a tiny human who’s three & I myself am prone to making messes. My chest catches more food than my mouth does and my dry cleaning bill would attest to that. That all brings me to the level of professionalism, courtesy & attention to detail done at NWAS, there’s not a shop that could do a better job at all that and then some. I was honestly worried at the little cracks & crevices getting cleaned out because the interior of my car looked like it had been attacked by an army of crumbs & the crumbs won. Though there was NOT A LICK left behind when I picked it up. What I’m trying to say is my car went to boot camp & it dropped 10lbs in crumbs, dirt, & everything imaginable that a tiny human could leave behind. I’m telling you, my girl LOOKS GOOD. She also must’ve stopped by the salon on the way back to me & got a nice shampoo & shine because the stains were gone (remember that bit about me having a tiny human? well chocolate milk stains on cream cloth interior is NOT a mom’s best friend). The outside is also glistening so bright I swear I could hear angels singing as I approached my car. Had to throw my shades on she was shining so bright. This was a waaaay better experience than the “detailing” I’ve had done at some sub par shops in the past. You truly get what you pay for. Needless to say, I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done by the team here at NWAS. The team that Blake has assembled here for the work that they do at the shop couldn’t be more top notch if they tried. Lastly, kudos to Ben for taking his time & giving me the breakdown on Window Tinting for Dummies. He really walked through my options & gave me a detailed idea of what could be done & what he think I’d be happy with. I appreciated every bit of his time & expertise & will be coming back to get that done so stay tuned for an update on this ridiculously over explained review.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I've had them do work on both my cars. Detailing and tint work and every time they have been awesome. They just did my wife's Ford Fusion which is a beautiful Deep Blue. When we bought it it had loads of swirls and light scratching because the previous owner felt that it was a good idea to go through paint Grinders. It now looks amazing, I will not trust my vehicle to go to anyone else. Came back to these guys again to have some tint done and protectant film on my bumper. Flawless work as always. I actually had to do a double take the film was so good I thought they forgot to do it lol.

We had an amazing experience with this operation. We own a Fiat that had been used as the primary vehicle for travels with our beloved dog, Jack. As can happen over years of use, Jack's hair had become entwined in every bit of the car's interior. When Jack passed recently, we made the decision to have it detailed hoping we could have it cleaned to some semblance of acceptability. We searched for retailers and NW Auto Salon was the ONLY company that LISTED pethair removal in their marketing materials. We live in Seattle but took it up to Lynnwood for an estimate. We met with Blake and after speaking with him for several minutes, we knew we wanted to do business with him and his team. They spent 2.5 days with the car and when I returned to the shop and saw it, I almost teared up. This is NOT an exaggeration, the car looked like it had come off the showroom floor! Above and beyond ... this group of folks did an amazing job and Tammy & I are so thankful. This was Jack's ride and he would have been so pleased!

I have had my BMW M4 and Audi e-tron GT detailed here. They do a far better job than any other dealer I have tried in the area. In particular, whatever witchcraft polish they are using ... it keeps the cars resisting new dirt for a good month or two. Great car spa.

Shout out to @northwestautosalon for such fabulous work on my Acura RDX. Blake, Thomas and crew helped get back that factory shine after a recent accident and auto body work. Thomas even took some extra time to take before and after photos to explain the "story" of the car, which was awesome. If you ever have a car, truck or SUV that needs some help, they are not the cheapest, but they are without a doubt the best in the PNW!
