I had a great experience. Stopped in for an oil change and while I was there asked the tech about my window that was making noise when I would put it up. He was very knowledgeable and able to assist and guide to me what was needed for the repair. The customer area was very clean, only thing that would have made it better was a vending machine.

Let me tell you NTB in high point nc is amazing!!! I literally went to mavis tire in high point nc they didn’t want to patch my tire and tired to sale me a tire instead . Went right across the street to NTB and they were helped and friendly and go my tire patched with no problem !!!! My experience was terrible I purchased 4 tires and warranty from them. when I received my receipt, The tires listed on the receipt were different from the ones I purchased but had my credit card information on the receipt. I immediately spoke with the manager who told me he corrected the information in the system. I asked him if he was sure in case, I needed to use the warranty. He assured me that he had made the corrections. Well, I had to use the warranty and sure enough they claim they could not find the information and would not honor the warranty. then they sold the company and all records related to my purchase was lost. The new company said they would have not covered the warranty anyway because they no longer carry that brand. NTB had no intention of honoring their warranty and made no effort to rectify the problem. I using this company please be prepared to lose money and have a poor experience.

I called 20 tire places that didn't care were way to expensive then I called ntb were I explained I mean over 3 nails and they were so helpful and the price was perfect. I had to ask again to make sure. I went as nd got air and drove straight there were they were very professional and and did a perfect job and didn't take hours. It took them maybe 10 minutes and if you're looking for help go to them you will love it I wish I could leave 100 stars . I will never go anywhere else. Great job thank y'all so much
