Brought a brand new car battery from them that died in 2 weeks. I charged the battery 10 times in 5 month and took the car up there for them to check it twice. The 2nd time they told me its the alternator, but my alternator was also replaced before I brought the battery. So I said, before you say it's the alternator, could you at least check it 1st? They guy said, he don't have the equipment to check it. So I went to Napa, they checked both the battery and alternator and said the alternator is fine. It's the battery, I screenshot the tester and went back to Autozone. Told them I went to Napa and they said its the battery, alternator is good. The guy told me. Why will I give you another battery, when my tester said it is good. I'm not gonna argue with you back and forth, so I left and got a battery from Napa. Haven't had any problems since then. I even let the car parked for 3 weeks and cold weather and the battery from Napa still cranked the car up. I'm not getting batteries from Autozone anymore. Go to Napa!

Needed to get a clamp for sunroof hose and brake light bulb. Went to AutoZone and WOW not only did I get everything I needed but Paul S. put the clamp on and installed the brake light bulb. I am extremely grateful for his friendly demeanor, willingness to help and being thorough with his actions. Very impressed and happy with the service I rec'd. Thank You Paul S., you are amazing! I'm 41 years old and have never been made feel so uncomfortable and disrespected as I was on my recent visit to this store.... Edgar the store manager approached me as I was trying to do some research on my phone for a product I had never seen before. He at first pretended to be helpful and just curious if I needed some assistance. He then proceeded to follow me around and treated me as if I wasnt even welcome/wanted in the store. I've been a customer of AutoZone for over 25 years and recently just moved to a new city, so this was the store now closest to home. After being talked to, followed around, and treated the way I was I doubt I'll be returning to this store and possibly never returning to another AutoZone period if He is the type of person they are gonna have representing their customer service! He was extremely rude,pushy, and just completely made me feel unwelcomed. I was there to purchase the parts I needed to fix my truck, but ended up just going to another distributor after being treated so disrespectfully! Worst customer appreciation I've ever seen.

Wanted to write a review because the guy that just helped me on the phone was really nice and gave solid advice. Which also made me realize that I have never had an issue with parts that didn't fit when I buy stuff from them, which I worry about every time I have to buy car stuff. Nice, helpful, reliable people. Feels like they are more car people than sales people. A+

The person who sold me the wiper blades was rude, in a hurry, and failed to listen. I bought the blades. She installed them. I've been a customer for the last 15 years. I won't ever be back. The person even jerked her hand back with my old blades and did not want to give them to me. I had told her I wanted to keep them as spares and also the plastic cases the new ones came in. I literally had to reach forward and remove them from her grip. Crazy lady! Never seen anything like it in my 76 years! Barked rudely at me every step of the purchase.

I enjoy my visits to this store. I go in mad. I laugh. I buy something for my car. I leave slightly less mad. My car does what its supposed to. It's a good time. But honestly big ups on the customer service, yall are wonderful! I am too dense to change my headlight bulb but was positive I could do it myself. Turns out.... I surely cannot. Gentleman switched it out for me in the cold. In the dark. Like a pro. Like the old days when men were men. I am so grateful. Keep doing that.

I came for a headlight bulb, mind you, I've been watching YouTube all seeing if I could fix it on my own. I'm a 43-year-old girly girl type of woman so I was dreading it to say the least. Not only did the guy make very quick work of the headlight he also gave me great advice on how to get the headlight lens/cover...idk... cleaned. Then he proceeded to clean them for me. It was all of 20 min from start to finish. Absolutely great customer service.

Came here just to say that Stephen, the employee who went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle this week, is an irreplaceable asset to Autozone and a literal representation of what THE BEST customer service looks like! While every employee at the store was so pleasant to interact with- it was Stephen that made me decide that i will 100% continue to come to Autozone and will recommend this location to everyone i know! He is the most helpful and kind hearted person that I've met in a long time. I can tell he absolutely enjoys his job and is genuinely happy to be there and offer his assistance to anyone. I hope his manager is able to see this and know the impression that he made. A raise/ bonus/promotion, etc. is surely warrented for someone who represents the company so professionally and personably!
