I have drove by this place so many times. I thought it was a tire place only. Well I was wrong.. I had to have my car repaired and fast. I called and got a quote for breaks and rotors. Was happy with the quote so I took my car in there on a Thursday afternoon. I asked them to also check a few other things and also to replace my windshield. So they broke everything down to me price wise . I told them to go ahead. There was like 6 things all in depth jobs. So they amazed me with having it done by the time they closed Friday evening at 6 pm!! Not only was it a very reasonable price for all , they worked and got the jobs done so fast !! The owners wife dealt with me. Very nice and explained everything to me. The lady who first answered the phone was also very professional and nice. I am truly grateful for the workers that worked hard to get it done in one day and the price was very reasonable. They definitely went above.. and they definitely got a new customer now for both my future car needs. Thank you again !! Greatly appreciate you all. Car drove wonderful on way home too 😄

I went to these people to fix my transmission after being referred to them by a trusted customer. They jerked me for over damn near close to 5,000$ once one thing was fixed they found another problem so on and so on. Once I explained to the person that referred me they try to down play it until they got jerk just like me. It's a shame .

My husband took my car to Dr. Ron's after making $3000 in previous repairs, to fix the air, the final repair needed to make this my primary means of transportation. My car was totaled while in Dr. Ron's care. Dr. Ron promised he could put the car back together better than it was before to make this right. We took him at his word, OUR MISTAKE. He had the car almost 2 months, he did a very cheep repair and paint job, only painting the front end of the car returning it to me 3 different colors of yellow. Who only paints 1/2 a car after an accident??? No this is not a new car, it is a 1999 Bettle but it was mine, paid for and one color of "faded" yellow when my husband dropped it off for air conditioning repairs. This is not the first car per Dr. Ron that has been totaled in his care. Don't trust him, customer service is not his first priority and it should be as a small business owner! I got my oil change from somewhere else, and they said I would have to replace my oil pan because my oil plug was to tight and if they proceeded to change it, they might strip the pan of the threads. And they quoted me a new oil pan repair before even draining the oil of $665😑. But then I took it to Dr. Ron’s the next day and they did oil change with no problem, and told me the drain plug came out with no problem. Dr. Ron’s get a good 5 stars from me, for being able to do the job and be honest about the maintenance work plus great customer service!

I had a great experience because from the front desk out to the garage area everything was synchronized. My vehicle was not full of oil or greasy hands lol… and as l entered the place was spotless and the young lady at the front( Mrs Ron) was kind and extremely helpful. And the service was fast and on point. They will be the ones to service my vehicle for its needs!

A top notch tire and auto repair shop. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with and with good financing terms. Great atmosphere! A great place to get tires or your car repaired. They explained everything that needs to be done. And the rates are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

They rebuilt my differential with brand new parts in April of 2024. It's currently March of 2025 and the part is already needing replaced. When I reached out for a solution, I was ignored. These are the worst type of people. I took them my vehicles for a couple years. Learned about their family, genuinely cared. They pretended to be my friend. Then the second I start questioning their obviously botched job. They completely ignore me. I am not done with this place. This is just my Google review. Avoid this place. They are cancer to what human decency should be. EDIT: [In response to the shop] How convenient you respond to this review but have yet to touch my message. I appreciate the irony as much as anyone but you are proving my point. Ofcourse all the sudden that I'm speaking out - "you were going to call me tomorrow". People aren't stupid. You mention a budget, no budget was discussed. I never agreed to skip some random part that could break down the entire new differential in 8 months. That is a ridiculous story that took 5 days to tell me. I understand there is very little I can do about it. I'm not going to let you pretend to help me while stabbing me in the back. It doesn't work that way. Thanks for finally getting back to me.

Absolutely great experience. The customer service from the front desk attendant to the mechanic. As a visitor to the area, I was made to feel like a local. I'm grateful that my brother-in-law referred me to this business. I also loved the waiting area (w/ WiFi) Oftentimes, waiting areas are cramped and unclean. Not Dr. Ron's!! People need doctors and cars do too!! 💯🙏🏾❣️

Took 4 wheels to get tires dismounted off some wheels and they popped 2 of my tires trying to dismount them and won’t take blame for it Their solution was offering $100 off a new set never going back there again

My heart was broken. I thought the transmission went out in my car. I’ve put so much blood, sweat, and tears into my car. So I was a mess. My mother in law suggested to have it towed to the shop just to see how much a new transmission would be even though my mind was made up that I was finally just done with the car. A few hours later I got a call stating that it was ready for me to pick it up. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but did not. My Yoda (my car) is driving great. Exceptional, and fast service. Thank you. 🧡
