🚨 Warning: Do NOT go to this location! 🚨 They are running shady practices. They claim they performed a service, charge you for it, and then refuse to provide an invoice. Their excuse is “the computer isn’t working” or “check your spam.” It’s now day 3 and I still have no invoice. If I paid for a service, I deserve proof of what was done. Customer service is terrible, and they continue to dismiss my concerns instead of fixing the issue. I will be contacting corporate about this fraudulent and unprofessional behavior.

Recently came into the store with my mom from Houston while visiting, was helped by Alex immediately had a smile on his face in a good attitude as soon as we came into the store. He was extremely helpful as being the manager of the store and gave us some good future safety tips for driving! Kyle, the mechanic who had worked on my mother’s vehicle did an outstanding job and was very communicative on what needed to be done and how it would be done! Overall this store was the best place we could have gone and for an amazing price!! Would highly recommend NTB for any and all tire, brakes, and battery services!!!

My husband and I went to NTB in Lewisville to get new tires for our car, and we had a great experience. The managers were very professional and helpful throughout the process. When we first called, Noah was polite and informative. Later, when we checked in about the car, he let us know the battery needed to be replaced. At the store, my husband worked with Alex and Steven, who were also excellent to work with. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their thorough inspection, we replaced the battery before it became a bigger issue. Overall, the team went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location—10/10 service!

I have been coming to NTB/Mavis for decades. I have had almost invariably good experiences at this particular location, in Flower Mound on Round Grove Rd. I would never suggest going to the location on Justin rd which is MUCH closer to my home. I will always drive the extra miles to come here. Also, the newest manager Noah, is very customer service oriented and seems to have a very good understanding of what is required to keep this place running well.

Very unprofessional service! Once I arrived no one greeted me upon arrival. 3 guys sitting in a garage doing nothing! They send me inside and no one was at the desk so I went back to the garage. They advise me to go back inside! Aaron finally came to the desk distracted with his phone and quotes me a price and asked me to do give them a five star review! I declined due to initial lack of service! And Aaron was visibly upset and he went outside smoked a cigarette and came back in and quoted me a higher price! The team in the garage refused to put my jacket kit back in the trunk! And they didnt give me receipt of purchase! I am very upset due to unprofessional treatment all because I refused to give a five star review! I will be contacting the better business bureau in regards to this unprofessional exchange!
