I took my 1997 Cummins for O&C to repair. $1400 later the truck acted exactly the same as when I took it to them. I am not going to say that they are inept, I am just saying my truck isn't fixed and they cashed my check.

I have a 1999 f250 with a 7.3l and I've noticed a miss/vibration above idle. So I called up O&C and told them my problem, they said come on down and we'll hook it up to the computer. When I got to the place i told them what I needed and the tech came out to my truck with the computer, he hooked it up and ran a buzz test along with a CCT. everything passed the checkup, I could be the clutch and dual mass fly wheel said the tech. I told him thanks and how much do I owe the shop? He said don't worry about it it's free!!! Just recommend us for work. WILL DO SIR!!!

On our way home from a family trip and had issues. Got towed there because tow driver stated to avoid the local dealership and this was where he took his work trucks. Friendly folks, figured out the issues, repaired in a few days and came in under quoted price. Truck is still going strong.

These guys have done a great job through the years with my truck. (1994 Chevy Silverado K-1500) Even with their previous employer they worked on my truck and I stuck with them since day 1 in their own business. The turbo they rebuilt for me in 2000 for my 6.5 turbo diesel just died. Over twenty years ago they did the work so I would say for it to last that long they did something right. The injection pump they did is also still working!!! They are the only people that have worked on my truck other than myself and that says a lot. Thanks for your reliable service!!!😁😁😁

If you need your diesel fixed COME HERE. Got a quote for my 6.0 to get some “bullet proof” maintenance completed. Their quote was $1700 cheaper for the exact same job using the exact same parts, than from a local “veteran owned power stroke expert shop”. While getting the quote, I asked the pretty lady at the desk if I could speak with the tech would be doing the job, she says sure. She steps out and then an older gentleman walks in wiping the grease off his hands. I said, I know you’re busy and I appreciate your time, but I’m hoping to get the egr and oil coolers replaced along with the standpipes on my 6.0, I said, how many of these have you done? He chuckled and said I’ve lost count. He said I drive a 6.0. Haha…I was sold. Needless to say, I made the appointment for the following Monday, however, I couldn’t make it Monday so I called and asked if I could come Tuesday, sure no problem. Show up Tuesday, drop off truck, I’m told should be ready Friday. Ok so here’s where it gets weird. On Friday they call me up and say, your truck is ready, in fact it actually came out $300 cheaper than the quote. That’s right…a shop who actually did what they said with no drama, extra charges, problems, delays, back orders, overtime..etc. plus…the bill was cheaper than the quote!! I thought this type of service was forever gone. I had struggled trying to find a shop who I could trust to work on my 6.0 who knew what they were doing, and not overcharge me. Jumped in my truck hooked a 7000lb trailer and drive home 100 miles no problem. I’d become so cynical the last few years dealing with incompetent/crooked shops, but O&C restored my faith and gets an A+.

What a great shop, I was in town doing doing storm work and the water pump went out on my 06 Dodge 3500...to my miraculous surprise they were able to get me next day and had it fixed that day. If you are reading this review, I would like to personally challenge you to find a more honest and dependable diesel shop. Family owned and operated. The owners are absolutely honest, respectable, dependable and genuinely good people. Without going into significant detail, I will tell you that the owner and lead technician went above and beyond to get my son's truck back on the road quickly. Extremely knowledgeable and to the point. Look no further if you need your diesel repaired, serviced or just looked over. This is a business that you can trust!
