This place is the BEST brake and service shop in augusta hands down! The manager MITCHELL does an amazing job maintaining the shop and keeping his employees motivated; so much so that it shows through their work. Today I came in with a problem I was hoping was covered under my warranty. Mitchell assured me it was covered, offered some repair recommendations, and made sure I was taken care of. His team worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. They are easily the most professional team I have experienced in this realm and I am very appreciative. Ever experienced a place so good, it made you refer a family member? PLEASE STOP BY AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!! 10/10 starts

I took my PT Cruiser to the store on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta,Georgia for brakes. When I stopped at a store on the way home I discovered my centercap missing. I left a message that same day as the store was closed. I returned on Monday to tell the manager that it was missing when the tires were put back on. He walked aimlessly around the shop unable to locate the cap. I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT take your car to them. I ask ALL Veterans, Teachers, and brothers to stay away!. I noticed that the shop looked in disarray when they were looking for the cap. They said they were going to call me but I have a better chance of seeing The Almighty before that call comes to fruition.
