I have had various vehicles worked on at O'Keefe's and this man is extremely good at finding the root cause of a problem. He is an honest person and communicates well. One vehicle had an issue and codes that lead me to think there was a blockage and after cleaning out the recommended area and replacing the main piece the issue was still there. This man verified what I had done and then found the real problem and fixed it! He will always give the straight answer, and lets you know that he will do the research needed to properly fix what is required. He also knows and respects you to fix only the necessary things without adding on additional frivolous things. If he says it's needed then it is and if he says it is getting worn but can still be OK for a while then you can believe it. I found a honest person when I tried O'Keeffe's and I don't go anywhere else now. If I want to do the work myself, he is ok with it just because of the goodhearted person that he is. And so you know, I am only a customer and not a friend or associated with O'Keeffe's in any other way

5/5... What a blessing. I called in tears, rough morning then my van was acting up. He reassured me it was safe to drive it in. I dropped it off and he had it diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. Very honest too. He told me how much it was, but called back with a lesser price because he accidentally read me the wrong estimate. I would have paid the higher amount not knowing, but I really appreciated the honestly and fast work. Replaced spark plugs and coil, checked fluids and add oil. Thank you!
