Corporate needs to give Kristina a raise. I had a problem with my Honda pilot and Kristina the manager went out of her way to help me even though I could tell she had a lot going on. There is absolutely no question in my mind I will be coming back here if I ever need help with my cars. These folks here are another reason (of many) that proved moving to South Lyon was a great blessing and I’m lucky to live here.

Several years ago I had purchased windshield wipers from O’Reilly…the service was phenomenal because one of their employees installed them for me… Last week I ordered a rear led brake light unit from them for approximately $400 less than the dealership was going to charge…and today they walked me through installing it… I just can’t say enough good about their service…highly recommended.

Two of my friends were trying to fix their truck and the young man working there (17 yrs old he said) helped us as much as possible- even kept the store open a few minutes past close to make sure the truck would run and my friends could get me home.
