I went in to have brake rotors for my wife’s car turned and was told it might take a couple hours to get them done. To my surprise, Aron, who was on vacation and just visiting, offered to machine them for me while I waited… Less than a half hour later I was out the the door with my, perfectly machined rotors in hand. Dustin took extra time to find me a part no one carried, keeping in mind this is for a commercial customer (me) it was not an easy to track down part. Malia has been an excellent manager for the store again, her absence was noted when she was managing another store. Her bubbly personality mixed with technical expertise and genuine care about the customer has proved to be an excellent formula and should be mirrored across the district.

The young man behind the counter was helpful and informative, and even came out to my vehicle to offer me some advice. Wonderful service and great prices. Although parking is tight, so it's a good idea to park in the nearby shopping area and just walk over. The selection of products is impressive, and I was surprised to find some of the things in a small store. Overall, I recommend this store.

Every time I come to this O'Reilly in kent with my man.. this gentleman name Stephen he is so awesome... I would rather not just have anyone help me and my man, but him... He is very knowledgeable, friendly, with great customer service.... I highly recommend anyone to come here and request to speak to Stephen as he has been so great with us... The other day, before going into the store, I spoke to another guy, but he was not as friendly and knowledge as Stephen.... Stephen, you have been awesome and very loyal to us as your customers... I've always been a big fan of O'Reilly. This store in particular has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I always learn something everyone I go here. They teach you and are very genuine. Excellent customer service. They helped me install my head lights and tail lights and were honest and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or incompetent being a woman. Thank you Team and Aaron!!

I frequent this location often, as I live near by. I just had to come in for something yesterday evening in fact. Looking for a JIS screwdriver (65885), very hard to find locally, said they had 1 in stock online. Get to the store, place is a mess, tool isle shelves are half empty, two full shopping carts of items waiting to be stocked are in the middle of the isle. Including the section where my tool would be located. I don't see it in the carts, so I go to the counter to ask the two young fellas that are both sitting behind the counter on their phones. One looks it up, confirms they should have it, waddles over to the area where I just was, spends a few minutes looking at where it should be, and then the carts. "Nope, we don't have it". I ask if he's sure it might not be in the back. "Nope". Calls another store down the street which is also supposed to have one, no luck there either. Asked if I wanted him to check any of the other stores, and I responded no. I could barely stand to stand there next to the guy, his smell was over powering, a combination of dirty clothes, BO, spilt energy drinks and God knows what else. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable, the disheveled appearance of the only two staff members, unkempt hair, shirts not tucked in, and the complete disarray of the store, makes their inability to account for inventory unfortunately, unsurprising. No pride in their work, their store or themselves. To be honest Idk how much longer O'Reilly's is going to be around. This isn't the only location like this, it looks like they're circling the drain. I just went home and ordered the item I needed through Amazon. As I suspect many other customers already are doing.

I just went to oReilly store and I picked up air filter my self because I know which one I need and the price on the wall is 21.99 and when I went to check out the guy ring the filter the price shows 22.99 and I sowed the picture from the wall price tag all the numbers are correct but he said I don’t care What’s the price on the tag you have to pay whatever price shows on the computer screen

James the manager was really awesome! I came in to get my rotors resurfaced, they didn’t workout the best, so he went out of his way to pick up some new rotors for my car, and didn’t charge me extra. 10/10 service!! I would come back again!

I have been a regular and significant client of O’Reilly, but I have never experienced such disrespect anywhere else. I would like management to be aware of an employee named Kodi(y)‼️ His behavior toward customers was unprofessional and dismissive, Kodi showed little willingness to assist or provide guidance, and it was difficult to have a constructive conversation with him. He does not appear capable of making decisions independently.🥲 In my opinion, such conduct reflects poorly on the company and does not align with the level of service expected at this store. All the best with finding a better store associate!🙌🏻

Came in in the middle of a downpour for new wipers, knowing absolutely nothing about which ones I needed or how to install them, but the gentleman at the front desk was SO cool. He not only helped me figure out which ones I needed, but was awesome enough to install them and showed me how to do it myself!! This place ROCKS!! Definitely come here for parts :)

I've always dreaded going to auto parts stores. They tend to be pushy and talk down to you if you're not a mechanic. Not these guys. I needed new taillights. They found me the correct ones AND installed them. I needed a new car battery. They found me the correct one, gave me a fair price, AND installed it. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend O'Reilly in Kent for all of your auto parts needs. A special shout out to Tyler and James for being so awesome!

Hi, my name is veronica I was in there a few nights ago and I was helped by the most amazing young man his name was Angel. I was so blessed to have gotten him as the person who was gonna help me for the night I went in there looking for some wheel bearings got those told him what I needed. He was able to help me out and help me out with getting some deicer for my windshield. Knew exactly what I was talking about, I asked him for some gas fuel treatment and he knew exactly what to go and get me. I mean he took the time to help me out not too many people nowadays want to give good customer service, and every time I’ve come to this, O’Reillys, I swear I’ve gotten the best customer service. These young men have always helped me out, never made a face, even though it was almost at closing time. Just so blessed to have this place right next to my place of employment, so that I can just stop in whenever I need something and get that customer service that I truly love thank you angel thank you for having compassion for other people people like you are needed in this world once again thank you Angel for all of your help. I will definitely be sending down my friends, coworkers, and anyone who walks into my place of employment and tells me that they’re having car problems.I will definitely send them down to you guys. And to top it off, he spoke Spanish.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts because of an employee named Karina. From the moment I walked in, she spoke aggressively and made me feel extremely unwelcome. When I asked her for help, she was rude, unprofessional, and inefficient, as if my question was an inconvenience, and it seemed like her behavior affected both customers and coworkers. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, and unfortunately this interaction was the complete opposite. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

I never write reviews. This was the second time I've been to this store. I usually go to competitor. First time I got there the employees didn't even notice I was there. A little girl was sitting behind the counter on her phone laughing and the other dude was strangely kneeling behind the counter also on his phone. Neither of them noticed I was waiting. Finally I said hello, the girl got up spooked. I needed a headlight bulb for my car. After paying for the bulb, asked her if she could install for me. She said she couldn’t. She just looked like she couldn’t bother so I just left. when I went to change the bulb, I realized the girl gave me the wrong bulb, even though I had given her the correct vehicle information and what kind of bulb I needed. Checking the receipt it shows the name Tunaye. With the receipt went back to the store to return the bulb and get the right one. For my bad luck, the same girl was there but this time drawing at the counter, and again didn't see me even though I was just standing there. A woman appeared from the back, saw me waiting and promptly called me. She gave me the right bulb, apologized for the mistake and without me asking, offered to install the bulb for me and it was raining that day. That was good service. I've been to this store twice, and unfortunately, the same employee was present on both occasions. One time on her phone and the other time drawing. Very Unprofessional. The customer is in the store and is not a priority because the employee’s priority is being on their phone or drawing. How old are u 10? It is just bad service in general. Apparently employees with a lot of free time on their hands, nothing to do and no focus in life. The 3 stars are for the lady that made everything right in the end.
