This shop is terrible. I had work done and they damaged my car. They took no responsibility and they “stand by their guys.” They do offer a three way guarantee, “off the lot, down the road, and out of sight. Too bad so sad, sucks to be you.” Do not use.

You might not think kindness and compassion are important qualities in an autobody shop, but when a beloved car has been badly damaged in an accident it really helps. Our car was declared totaled by insurance which really bummed us out, but Carstar was really there to help us get our stuff out and move on. Highly recommended!

Superior job repairing my car! We’ve brought all of our cars here and they repaired the damages like nothing even happened. The only minor complaint was it took awhile for me to get a status update on my car which was frustrating but it was during the beginning of the holiday season so I can understand things happen. I recently went to Exhibition Automotive CarStar in Kent. I spoke with Cory and explained that I ripped the back rear moulding off my Mazda CX-5 when I ran over a boulder. Since I had the detached piece Cory came out, assessed the situation, and repaired the damage using some of his own parts so I wouldn't incur the expense of a new part. The quality of his repair, the courteous way I was treated, and the cost of the repair surprised me in the best possible way! Highly recommend. Vickie

The morning after my car accident, i was directed to this Auto body shop for inspection and estimates for my insurance claim. Upon entering, i was greeted kindly by one of their employee’s and immediately got the claim process started. The process was smooth, friendly and efficient. Cory Johnson, the production leader, was the one who helped me. I have to say, the man has good customer service skills. The last couple of days, the rain came down hard and flooding kept his employee’s from coming in that day. He showed up and did his job well. And despite myself feeling a little shaken up after the accident, Cory managed to explain everything calmly while still being personable. My vehicle is still in for claim inspection and hopefully repair soon after. Overall, I felt like my interaction and process went smoother because of Cory. Cory, if you’re reading this, Thank you for being kind. And also, thank you to your only other employee that showed up! I hope everything goes well with the repairs. Just on customer service alone, this place wins my business. -Post repair update- 4 weeks later Cory and the team did a fantastic job. Really. If anything, it’s an understatement. Throughout the repair process, communication was always constant and informative. The staff also is very kind and personable, which makes the whole process even more smooth. The only thing they had me do is wait for the vehicle to be repaired, everything else is handled by them seamlessly. I had a chance to also see my truck at the shop after the tear down stage. Mark gave a walk around of my truck and gave a good briefing about the damages and repair process. Mark was also very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for keeping your customers in the loop. At the end, i got my truck back, repaired, detailed and looking like it came off a dealership lot. I appreciate the kindness and effort of this team. Quality work, Quality Staff.
