In my experience, auto parts stores aren't necessarily the most courteous people to their customers. These are the nicest folks who really like to help. I go there, I send my wife there, and now I'm sending my 16 year old son there. That's the best testimony I can give.

Always friendly and helpful people. They have never given me the wrong part. The store also gives military 5% off. It also worth signing up for the rewards program. All you need is your phone number and email. When you go in just give them your phone number and you can build up points to get free stuff.

The morning shift was nice enough to charge my jumper for me to start my van. Verified I'd be in at 4pm. Called asked them if I could pick it up at 5, they obliged and said no problem. I Go in at 5:15, ask the counter, lady looks for it, can't find it. Not an issue. They ask me to describe the employee that helped me. Old man goes "that was Chuck, who knows where he could've put it," in a negative demeanor. Lady offers to call the employee (also a manager),but old man employee threatens/warns "last guy who did that got fired". Asked lady if that was true, she shrugged it off, moments later, old man tosses battery jumper, making it slam on the counter, walks off in a huff. I ask if I can have my charger cord also. Old man retorts "No!", storms off like a child with O.D.D. and lady reassures me he's grabbing it. Situation was confusing for all of us but he had no reason to act like a little kid and throw a tiny tantrum with my battery jumper. Thank you Chuck, and that lady for being cool and genuinely good people. Y'all are half that dudes age but still are twice as mature.

Not a horrible location however every one of the associates seemed like they were in a bad mood from the time I walked through the door. They did have everything I needed in stock and were able to order one of the things I needed and got it there the same day. However I just overall didn't like the poor attitudes. I can understand not liking your job, however don't take it out on customers. Go find a new job.

This store is much more perfered than the store in Normal. This store they were so much nicer and helpful and over all just happy people unlike the location in Normal. This store manager kept my 10 month old busy while I was getting all my parts priced for my car. They were so patient and i could see the team work there between the employees there. I'm actually happy that I left the Normal store and went to this one instead. Very much recommend this store if your looking around.

I came in looking for a cleaner, the manager took me right to the most expensive item and treated me like I was stupid just because I’m a woman. Your “manager” is the one who “helped”me not! Try not to be so rude and ignorant thinking women cannot fix their own cars!

Stopped by the store because I needed a new battery as mine was dying quickly. I was speaking with a very helpful girl at the counter (she's the only reason this got 2 stars) and other workers were speaking over us, one man was actually standing between us doing inventory and talking to someone over the top of us. Bought the battery and another lady there said that they couldn't put it in due to the make/model of my vehicle (Ford Explorer). I told her they've done it before but she refused. She suggested I go to the dealer and have them put it in. Ended up at Advanced Auto Parts on Clearwater. Extremely helpful put in the battery in probably 2 mins, didn't charge me for the install or the recycling. I should've taken the battery back to O'Reillys and bought one at Advanced Auto Parts, my only regret.

I came in and there was a heavier set girl eating at the counter with her boyfriend. Definitely not professional staff. I don’t want to see someone stuffing their face with food when I go in to get parts. I believe her name was elycia.

Very poor management and customer service. This used to be my go to store but won't spend another nickel there. Our shop will use napa from now on. Unwilling to work With us on their store brand battery dead and not charging, six days out of warranty.

We were 15 minutes away from our destination after driving for almost 2 hours when tragedy struck. Our car started giving up on us. We persevered and got to our destination and ignored the problem. Later, the guys that were working there were really helpful and fast. Did they diagnose the problem? Yes. We're we able to fix it there? No. We got some fuel injector, got in the car and hoped for the best. Made it 30 minutes from home and the car stopped moving altogether. They warned us. Anywho, the place was nice and clean. Great service. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
