I've been going to Viva and his team at Gearheads for years. The whole team is top notch, professional, proficient, honest and quick. Recently, my wife's vehicle needed brake pads and rotors done and she had a recall issue to be resolved so I asked her to get a quote from the dealership while she was there just to see. Pads and rotors at the dealer: $1,797!!!? Couldn't do anything but chuckle. Reached out to Gearheads: $897. Beyond the pricing, I honestly don't think there's a more proficient or honest garage in town. I've had Gearheads take care of many of my vehicles over the years (business and personal) and if for some reason the repair doesn't fully resolve the issue, Viva stands behind his garages work and will work to get it resolved in a fair manner. If you're not at least checking with Gearheads, you're doing yourself a disservice. Top notch. Every time.

Gearheads Garage was absolutely exemplary in their customer service. I was traveling through on my way home to Oregon and suddenly got a flat tire. I was able to make it to the gas station across the street from the garage. One of their technicians walked an air tank across the street and got the tire inflated enough to get the vehicle to the garage. They had my tire repaired and got me back on the road in under 15 minutes. It was a fantastic experience and I am so appreciative that they were there and willing to go above and beyond to help me out.

Huge shoutout to Chris. He was incredibly helpful and honest. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained everything clearly so I understood. On top of that, he even offered to take a look at another car I was having issues with. That kind of above-and-beyond service is hard to come by these days. Gearheads has worked on a couple of our vehicles now and after this last time, especially, I would 10 out of 10 recommend! They went above and beyond for my helping my daughter with her most recent car repair by helping her work though the warranty process and stayed in constant contact with her to make sure she knew at all times what the status of her situation was. The repair took no time at all, which is super amazing! We are grateful that we had them through this process. Thank you for all you do!! We will definitely be back!

I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My van was having a stalling issue and unfortunately I was 3 hours from home. Gearheads was close by ended up giving them a call before taking my vehicle in, was told it would get looked at that day or the following morning. Didn't receive any calls or updates. I called them and kept getting a run around. 1st they had to weld a piece of pipe because my exhaust was to loud supposably to hear the motor run and they fixed my O2 wire and a vacuum line. I approved it for $225. Couple days later still no update. I call and the lady says my new updated charge is $880 😦 the tech said I have low fuel pressure. At this point my van been in this shop almost a month. It's 3 hours away and they are telling me I owe them almost $900 and my van is literally the same way I brought it in. I am not a mechanic but they only fixed the obvious. And charged me a arm and a leg knowing I was a out of towner. I ended up picking the van back up. On the way home I pull over to get gas and the tech didn't even put my fuel cap back on it was gone!!! 🤬 I get back on the road and this van is still stalling out at stops I couldn't drive it home. Another $300 tow to get it home. I finally get it to my mechanic to diagnose and it turns out to be a bad fuel pump. And this tech didn't even put my air filter back in!!!! I am sooooo upset. My mechanic wants to charge me $450 for new fuel pump. And I don't have the money. I've already invested almost $1200 for literally nothing 😟 I even told the lady this has to be a mistake and said no she has to pay the techs and overhead charges the price is the price. Thanks gearheads for taking advantage of my situation. Good luck to anybody needing their service.

Traveling on hwy 55 our left rear tire was about to blow...(actually just kept loosing air) so we googled the closest place and Gearheads answered right away and got us in immediately! I faced an urgent situation with a wheel bearing failure during my journey, and these guys were my top pick. Given that my truck is modified, I knew it required a true "gear-head." Impressively, they located the part and fixed the truck within a couple of hours. Their pricing was reasonable and actually lower than what I was quoted at the "Firestone" shop. I'm happy I chose them for my truck repairs, and I'll definitely revisit if I'm in the area. P.S. These guys are also dog lovers! I could bring my pup into the lounge, and they provided water and treats for my furry friend.

Today was my first ever visit to Gearheads Garage. I brought my '99 Corvette to have the exhaust tips changed from chrome to black. Sounds like an easy job, but this is a custom high performance Corsa exhaust system and had welded on tips. Chris did a fantastic job! He was very meticulous and welded up the new ones perfectly. I could not have asked for a better job, not to mention that I was treated very well by all of the staff here. Thank you again, Chris and GG staff!

I can't say enough about Gearheads Garage. I will never take a vehicle to another mechanic, I will always have repairs done here. They are quick, responsive, fair, and most of all trustworthy. I had a devastating experience with another local repair shop and I brought the car here to have it inspected as I suspected repairs were not done as promised by the other shop. Gearheads not only looked at it immediately, but called me to come back and see with my own eyes what had and hadn't been done. They gave me their honest and professional opinion and were straight with me. They typed up all of the information that they discovered and sent it to me within the hour. Unfortunately I was scammed severely at the other place. When I tried to pay for Gearheads service, they wouldn't accept payment. They did all of this for me for FREE. I specifically want to shout out Shirley, Taylor, and Chris for their attention to detail, communication, transparency, and most of all being sympathetic listeners. If you need repairs done on a vehicle big or small this is the shop to do it.

Our alternator light went on saying the alternator wasn’t charging. We were headed to Wisconsin and had to have it replaced. I called several car shops and chose this one. Taylor was very nice as she began the paperwork while we went to Auto Zone and Advanced Auto to get the parts, 2 customer friendly places as well. The mechanic we had was knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. Shirley was very pleasant during our wait. We wish they would move their shop to Cedar Hill, MO. Our families car repairs alone would keep them in business. We highly recommend this shop!
