I drove to the wrong side but they said no problem we can take care of it. They confirmed what was to be done with me. Told me it would be 2 plus hours. They drove me to my sister’s home. My sister and I went shopping and she drove me back to the car. ❤️

We were told to never come back because we ran a deer over and they told us we had electrical issues and they didn’t want to do the repairs. We took our van somewhere else and told we had a cracked cylinder. I will gladly never give any Sam Leman, a dime of our money! Wish I could do a zero star!

I’m Really happy with lemans Chevy baums Chevy in Clinton, Illinois Told me that my warranty was up. I took it to lemans Chevy and they told me that the warranty would cover what needed to be done and that was the transmission in my 22 blazer baums lied to me lemans Chevy is honest and I will refer everyone I know to do business there and not in Clinton Illinois The employees were professional. My check engine light came in over the weekend. I called on Monday morning and they were able to set an appointment for Tuesday morning. After running diagnostics they found that it was an O2 sensor and that it was covered under my First Mile warranty. I was able to pick it up that afternoon. Griffin was very helpful.

Carson the salesman was great and we highly recommend him we also feel we did get a good deal, however when we went back to sign the paperwork we dealt with Amanda. When we declined the extended warranty, we felt like she tried to intimidated us and her attitude changed. She was rude and short with us. When we got the to warranty paperwork to sign she continued to make smart remarks in regards to us declining. We understand that is the job of employees to TRY to sell additional warranty, but when a customer declines they should respectfully except the decision they made and not treat them with disrespect. I feel she needs an attitude adjustment and be educated on how she treats future clients.
