Highly recommend Caliber Collision on south veterans for any repairs you need. We chose them because they were a select service company through our auto insurance, which was handling our claim. We could not be more pleased with the entire process. They took what was a very stressful situation and made it a worry-free experience. Everyone we dealt with at Caliber (Christie, Adam, and Caleb) were pleasant and reassuring - they made the process simple and easy for us and were always available to answer any questions we had. The quality of the work was superb; I’m not sure it looked this clean when it rolled off the factory floor last year. Looking over the estimate, they were thorough in their assessment and repairs, but there was nothing that made me raise my eyebrow or question the necessity of any of the disassembly/reassembly/replacements. Highly competent, highly trustworthy, very timely service and communication - no regrets. Thanks so much, Caliber team, for turning a negative situation into such a positive experience! I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but I know who I’ll recommend to anyone who does.

Recently, we had our 2021 Buick Enclave repaired at the Caliber Collision repair center on Veterans Parkway in Bloomington, Illinois. We want to share that our experience with Codi and the rest of the staff was awesome and very much appreciated! We shared with Codi that our vehicle was damaged in January in Alabama as we were traveling. We had a Buick dealership in Alabama repair the mechanicals, but chose to wait until we returned to Bloomington-Normal to have the body work completed. Codi provided a thorough estimate for the repairs and also worked closely with our auto insurer to ensure all expenses were accounted for. Codi's professionalism, his excellent customer service, and all the work he did to ensure all eligible expenses (for both the mechanical and body repairs) were taken care of. We were very pleased with the repairs completed and also, the vehicle was cleaned inside and out. The car looked brand new! That's what you call great customer service! We will definitely recommend the Caliber Collision on Veterans Parkway to others.

My car looks so nice! From not being able to open my car door more than an inch or the hood without it prying my side panel off it’s like it never happened. I do wish they had called me to tell me that it was going to be ready a couple days after they promised but I’d rather them be more thorough than just slap some glue on it and call it a day.
