Well my cars back with them again they have had 7 or 8 times now. The clear coat is pealing missed so much work and having to drive to two locations cost me upwards of 200.00 evytime i have to take it they only refund half my deductible i spent twice that much running back and forth and missing work work highly recommend not using this company

This is the first time I ever had to visit a collision center and I could not have had a better experience. Service was quick and professional. I asked them to look at something extra and they fixed it at no charge. And if all of that wasn’t enough, the GM gave me a ride to my work since my alternate transportation fell through. So thankful this place was recommended to me!

I had an amazing experience with the tech who replaced our windshield. Scott was a gem! Service was well done and fast. Honestly, all communication from Steve and Kayla was pleasant, but confusing, leading us to have to drive back and forth across town because of mixed messages. The automatic messages came at the wrong time with incorrect information.

They’re friendly, they’re professional, and great at what they do! From the first time I talked to Gina she went through everything with me. After I put my truck in the shop she called and gave me updates all the time. They had a problem with my insurance and it took the insurance company awhile to get back to them . I just knew I wasn’t going to get my truck back for awhile. That was not the case, they worked on my truck and I got it back earlier than I expected. Would I use them again? YES, without a doubt! Would I recommend them? YES, in a heartbeat! They’re a great team to work with from the moment you walk through the front door!

I am definitely very grateful for Gerber Collision. I was in a car accident in August and have proof of not being at fault for the accident but the other person’s insurance company did not want to pay for the portion of the vehicle damage because I am currently still going through physical therapy. So, I went through my own insurance company to have it done and they had it together in 18 days. I was told supplies could take longer but they finished it 3 days sooner than originally informed. I am very grateful to have my baby back!

My 2024 Jetta was hit in the left quarter panel. I took my car here because they were recommended by my insurance company. I was told it would be a wait to get scheduled from late December to late January before I could get it in, sure I understand. They said they would have the parts there and everything would be ready to go i would drop my car off on Tuesday and pick it up Friday. Simple, great!! Here we are a week past due and I'm told it will be another half week!!

Outstanding service! I had to come back 15 months after a body repair to have a trim piece reattached that was loose. Manager John took quick look, advised he'd order new a trim piece as a clip broke. Came back 1 week later when part arrived. Was told 15 minute job, had it done in 5 minutes! No charge. Perfect all the way around. Thank you. ______________________________________________________________ Unfortunately, I had to bring back my wife's SUV that was involved in another separate crash. Gerber staff was very helpful making the repair process smooth and easy. The job was finished 6 days ahead of promised date. John the manager again helped explain the repairs and work that was done. THANKS again Gerber!

Due to my insurance contracting with them, I took my car there to be fixed, had my car for over a month, finally get it back and when we got a heavy rain, my trunk had filled with water and hadn’t realized it until I opened my trunk to put something in it and they didn’t seal the weather stripping at the bottom of the back windshield, it was just hanging there and because I didn’t find there screw up soon enough, as I drove the water soaked the interior carpet. When I called them, they told me to bring it in that they would need to have it a couple of days, didn’t offer to get me a rental being their fault and I already paid out more than I wanted to renting a car the first time. And they didn’t even put all the trim back together right in the trunk. Every morning that I get in my car the inside of the windows are fogged with heavy condensation. Never using this place again and I suggest you use them with caution, I would never recommend them.

Will never go anywhere else. 1000/10 experience with them, especially Cami, who was extremely helpful and thorough. The management helped lower the pricing for me so I did not have to go through insurance without me even asking (which ended up being cheaper than going through my own insurance). You can tell this team really cares and it shows with their customer support. My car is also in fantastic shape now!
