This is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever worked with. They were professional, flexible, and prompt. I was struggling to find anywhere to get my car in for an estimate that wasn’t weeks away and they got me in the same day and the repairs started the next week. They not only fixed all damage to my car but they detailed the outside and inside and made me feel like I was driving it off the lot for the first time because it was so clean. I cannot stress this enough, go to S&S!

I contacted S&S Paint & Body to get an obnoxious dealership sticker removed and spoke with Kevin who was very friendly and professional. He told me swing on by and he'll see if it's something he can remove. After taking a look at it, he took the vehicle in and had it removed within a couple of minutes without leaving any sticky residue or scratches behind. I tried to pay and/or tip him for the quick service and he refused since it was so quick and easy. Thank you so much, Kevin! I will be returning for all of my vehicle detailing needs.

The best and easiest auto body shop experience I EVER did have! One very satisfied customer! From scheduling to the final pickup, S&S could not have been more helpful and kind. Scheduling the estimate and the drop off made for seamless transactions with 0 wait time. The shop actually painted an are on my bumper that was not included in the original quote, free of charge! My jeep looks amazing, I am very pleased with the work. And they returned her back to me SQUEAKY CLEAN 🫧 😊 10/10 recommend S&S for any and all paint + body jobs! S&S Paint and Body is a top-notch shop! It’s always a joy to visit their place. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. My car was fixed in a flash, and the work was perfect. They even offered to drive me to and from the shop! When I picked up my car, I was surprised to find it hand-washed and the interior spotless! It was a lovely surprise after having to deal with body work. I’ve been a customer of theirs a few times (not always for the best reasons), but I’ve never been disappointed. I strongly advise against using this company. They completely ruined my truck. The roof wasn't sealed properly, the paint job is terrible, and they installed a replacement headliner after burning the original one. The owner lied about the damage, and other employees confirmed the burning. They also broke my block heater, left wires hanging, and unnecessarily replaced the bumper. The truck is covered in overspray and black tar. They charged me for a window switch and rain guards that were never installed, and they reused a damaged headlight. The grill was damaged and poorly repaired, leaving the turn signal out of place. Please avoid this company to save yourself from a terrible experience.

S&S embodies what I wish every retail business would do: they genuinely care, and they adapt to their customers. Too often, businesses send the message: “You must adapt to our process. We’re not here to think about your needs—we’re just here to do a job. Take a number.” I walked into S&S expecting exactly that. What I found was the complete opposite — and this is a great thing. Val, the gal running their desk, immediately engaged me in a cooperative, friendly conversation to understand my situation and think creatively about solutions. Jesus, another team member, showed the exact same approach. It’s hard to overstate how rare it is to build a sustainable business culture like this, especially when serving such a large client base. S&S has done it.
