I have always liked this auto parts store because of their competitive prices. The parts I get are normally the correct part and last the way they should. Always remember that you get what you pay for so if you buy cheaper parts they normally won't last as long as the higher priced parts. My only issue was when this particular store fell under the lead of a young man. I have never had issues receiving my veterans discount until this young man asked for my military ID and I had lost it. Even though I told him several things about my service he still refused to honor the discount. I then went to their competition and spent my money there. Other staff have never turned me down and I have otherwise been pleased. In conclusion if you want competitive prices this is a good place to go.

Great impression. The store was neat and clean. Alejandro was friendly and very helpful. Not the cheapest prices, but more importantly, everything I wanted was in stock. I will definitely be back for service and accessory items.

Bought filters came out to $400. The products were good but way over priced. I got these filters on Amazon for $180. I'd only get filters from here if you absolutely need them right away. Plus amazon delivers right to the front door. Also I had to review on Google because when you do it through o reillys they flag the post because you mention Amazon.

Called about 5 minutes before closing 2/22/25 to order a part and was asked to be put on hold while he finish with a costumer. Never came back to the phone. Pretty damn rude. Just say you’re close to closing and don’t wanna help anybody else for the night. Don’t play games. I’m taking my commercial account elsewhere.

2/11/2025 around first time 16PM second time around 18PM Employees she was so rude to me , she told me that I can’t choose who I want to talk with , i talk to her . which it doesn’t make sense to me. Many employees is open and I should able to talk to whoever I feel comfortable with! Male employees he did help me with finding a car parts and he did take a look at my car what parts I need to buy . Great customer service. I did bought parts . Also I came here second time today with my friend who is helping me with car , my friend needed more parts for my car , the employee she made some comment about me to my friend , which is not necessarily we are here to discuss about car not about me. I felt like she want to create dramas . I did buy parts but I didn’t want her or I didn’t want to buy it from her please do not talk to me anymore . I did call to customer service and explained what happened they seems they would like to help me .but I don’t see your employe changed she has been same as first time . Added: she make it up story to my friend and she saying that she knows us and she think my husband is weird. First I don’t know you or he don’t know you because IM new here in USA and my husband first time in MN so stop making up story. I think she look up our information by phone numbers and think she knows us please stop using our information on something else. Stop causing dramas to my friend or husband or I .

It's nice to have a local store for emergencies, but paying so much for some tiny plastic clips that I had to find myself because the staff couldn't be bothered to get off their stools behind the counter always leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth when I leave. Then there's the fact that my major brand motorcycle oil is not stocked in my weight due to the algorithm that all these stores follow anymore. It really is no longer about the customer.

My boyfriend has received the wrong parts every time he steps foot in any of the locations of O’Reilly’s. Stephanie was extremely helpful on making sure we left with the correct parts that we needed & I’m very thankful to have had a customer service worker who actually listened to our frustrations & corrected the mistake even though she isn’t the one that sold us the wrong parts originally.

What a good way to push customers away, I had a buddy of mine go in to get change sense we were next to the store and usually work on cars but tell me why he came back and said they refused to give him change and that they dont Wana go through looking for change, if this is how you guys treat my black friend I dont Wana ever buy from you guys my whole life we have always bought from O'Reilly maybe you guys need new men staff and you wonder why most people dont shop with you guys anymore . I mean why would any one Wana come to a place where people are discriminating someone over asking for change. Pretty embarrassing to have and establishment like that

Never again. I ordered $130.00 worth of parts I believe it was Thursday or Friday afternoon. I was busy for a few days and got there on Tuesday to pick them up. They told me that they were called back on Monday. They have 3 people standing around at the Cold Spring store every time I go in there and maybe 1 or 2 customers at most. You have my phone number, why can't someone call and ask if I still wanted the parts? It's called "Customer Service". People are just too damn lazy. It took me a long time to start going in there, but was starting to feel more comfortable doing so. You didn't just lose a $130.00 sale, you lost a customer!!

I have been a longtime customer of O'Reilly's and all of their stores are very professional, but at this specific location they are employing a very rude and angry Hispanic lady. She was very mean and rude to me for no reason whatsoever. She should honestly be fired for how horribly she was acting in front of the customers that where just going about our business. However the red-haired gentleman that assisted me with getting gas line was very polite and well-mannered and helpful. It's a shame that this location has low standards for the customer service of some of their employees. I have never wrote in a bad review of a place I visited, but this place was just too frustrating to me as to how I was treated as a customer.
