I arrived at O'Reilly's with a bad wiper blade that I was unable to reattach. The manager; Macey was very helpful. Despite the fact that they were busy with customers she took the time to find the right blade and install it for me. Excellent customer service, with a smile!!

Truly outstanding customer service (29th Ave. location in Spokane). We had a problem with a windshield wiper replacement and were helped by Brent, a great guy who could not have been nicer or more professional. He quickly solved the issue, which was our fault, and also helped us out by suggesting a less expensive replacement, which then worked perfectly. I wish every business were this friendly and respectful. Customers for life!

Pickled Asparagus

Walked in and heard the most disgusting conversation between a manager and an employee talking about another employee and how they were having things in their personal life happen and the manager said that the schedule is non-negotiable at O’Reilly that they were going to have to deal with what they were dealing with because it was a personal problem and it had nothing to do with them. Basically she was saying the person will have to get a new job because of the hardships that they’re going through and I think with the place that we are right now in America this is not something that we need to be hearing when we’re walking into a store that we’re trying to support. If they’re not even supporting their own employees, how are they going to support me as a customer? Subpar service, gross neglect from the management discussing conversations that can be heard by customers. I do not recommend. Honestly, please take your business anywhere else.
