Brought my old Firebird Trans Am in. Was trailer bound, wouldn't fire up, and needed electrical work. They got it fired up fast and took their time to care for the car as they diagnosed and worked on the issues. Very fairly priced, very friendly service, and you'll be happy with the results. But they will take as much time as needed to ensure everything runs smooth.

I've been going to Jake's for years. I've got a 2002 Chevy Suburban with over 300,000 that jake has kept running. Jake knows I'm on a very tight budget and he always makes sure he fixes it for the best price. Jake's very good about explaining what's wrong. I went on a camping trip and my service engine light started flashing. I called Jake and he was able to diagnose it over the phone and I was able to have a friend fix it for me so I could make it home and Jake checked it out when I got home. Amazing people with heart

Took my 2004 Ford Escape to Jake's Car Care to have this clanking sound fixed...Jake's is AWESOME!!! he fixed the problem the same day I took it in and now I feel much safer driving my car, he did an EXCELLENT JOB! Jake went above and beyond and helped me get a good deal with my car warranty!! My water pump was going out with a coolant leak. I Highly recommend them and he will only fix what you need and not over charge! I got my diagnostic done and my car was fixed quickly.

I highly recommend going to Jake. Very honest place, not looking to rip you off. I was given the run around from other places before I went to Jake and because of that I probably wasn’t the easiest person to deal with yet he remained understanding and helped me out anyways. I’ve had to deal with a lot of places for cars and this is by far the best place I’ve been to. I will seriously only go here for car needs from here on out.

I called Jake,after getting a recommendation from O'Reilly Auto Parts on Sprague near Walmart. I took car in for possible brake job for a 2003 OUTBACK SUBARU. After getting other quotes and looking @reviews , JAKE'S CAR CARE gave the best honest and most economical quote. HE had so many positive reviews, compared to Subaru, Tire Store, Golden Rule, Northtown Auto, Maine. They were also hundreds of $$$ more and not as flexible. That's important isn't it. Jake looked at car carefully and gave me two possibilities. A week later I made my appmt. Met his wife, very informative as well, and even though the quote was edited to add two belts, front/ rear complete brakes( routers &pad) oil change Jake honored his original quote, with only a small difference. I was able to get a military discount, 2yr NAPA warranty and used 3 different cards to make my payment. He and his wife were so patient and upfront, explaining everything so I'd understand. Jake and his mechanic even showed me my 2nd original frayed belt and what could happen if it broke. I checked on the internet and they were correct. I was given plenty of time sitting in their office to make decisions. No pressure. They gave me options and future advice re maintenance. A couple hrs later my car was ready and all the noises and hard steering, knocking had disappeared. I am recommending this business owner to anyone who needs car maintenance. You can't beat Jake's professionalism or his pricing. Subaru who? 🤣
