As a local business owner I went to Napa to set up an account. As I will need parts dileverd. I was asked to leave my number so I did. A couple days go by so I go again and the same thing I leave my store number and my cell. Still no call back so I guess it's that they don't want to do business with me. Sorry for the waste of time.

This Napa location has never let down in regards to help, service and products. Even when they're understaffed or very busy. The staff stays professional, friendly and accurate! I only parts store I make sure to visit, and I love in Cheney! 😇🙃

I used the online ordering. I ordered two of one part. Went to pick up and they only had one. They checked my order and and oops. Had to go pick up the other one at another store. Usually they're great but gotta get it together for their online ordering for pick up at store.

I went for the grand opening sale, and they were awesome! All of the staff were on the same page and helped customers wherever possible. This napa has a lot of shelf space behind the counter for car parts/filters/etc. They are located very close to Fred Meyer, but the parking lots are not connected.

This is a well lit establishment. The aisles are a nice height for short people like me. Munchkin? We were there about 9:30 AM. My cousin is disabled & was asked if he needed any help finding anything just as he came through the door.

I am really selective on who/where I spend my money, and my #1 rule is they have to have good customer service. When I walked in to this Napa location there were 3 employees standing at their registers visiting, not one of them said hi, or asked if I needed help. I was looking to buy oil and a filter. Finally I went to the counter and asked about a filter and other questions I had. The guy talked over the top of me, told me it was ok to run a different grade of oil then my vehicle requires. Told me that the oil I wanted doesn't come in the gallon sized container (that was on sale)...And was generally just rude. I left there and went to their competitors that, was a bit further away, and ended up being more expensive... But they had great customer service. Oh, and they DID have the gallon sized container of the type of oil that I wanted.... Guess it does come in the gallon container after all. Just because a store has what you're looking for doesn't mean you have to give them your hard earned money! Give it to the people that treat you with respect.

I had a great experience with Kristie today at Napa. I have uncommon windshield wiper blades, had spent part of a frustrated afternoon trying to replace them with what I thought were the right blades, and finally went into a store to get help. I exhausted all of my options trying to find the right blades on my own, but finally had to ask for help. She looked up what I needed, told me the recommended blades, and I told her I already searched the shelves and they weren't there. Instead of insisting on double checking that I wasn't wrong, she said they were uncommon and could be in their stock behind the counter. She found them immediately behind the counter, rang me up, and, sure enough, they were the right fit! I've never been to Napa before, but I will be going back solely due to Kristie's customer service!

Disappointed. Ordered a part for my car and they had to ship it from across the country. When it arrived 5 days later, the part number matched but it was the wrong part. I took it back for a refund and they didn't want to refund the $10 shipping. I had to get angry so they got the manager on the phone to authorize a full refund. Even worse was the part was over $90 at Napa and took 5 days, but it was $22 on Amazon with next day delivery.

Needed a replacement gas cap & Napa Auto Parts made it so easy to grab what I needed, make sure I got the correct one, and head back home. Also, Napa gives a discount for military, AAA member, etc... very friendly young man behind the counter informed me about all the options. I highly recommend this store!

The staff was helpful and they had the part I was looking for in stock. I need the rear wiper blade for my Subaru and Walmart didn't have one, so I went here. Staff greeted me right through the door and started helping me, just like they should. Clean store, well kept shelves. Not much else to say.

I swear everytime we buy parts here, they get us the wrong one. A couple times we have had to go back twice before they gave us the correct part. If you want to see cute girls working, then go here but their computer system sucks at letting them do their job correctly. The problem is, because they gave us the wrong part last time, it ended up costing us $250 because it broke a dealer only part, on a Saturday of course. But that also wasn't the first time they cost us more. We have decided to stop going to Napa after this last one, it's not worth the discount we get thru my spouses work.

I bought some coolant and poured it in right in the store’s parking lot, but I noticed that the expansion tank was leaking! I rushed back, but there was no replacement tank among the new parts. I decided to try and seal it, but the checkout was already closed. These guys are lifesavers — after the store had closed, they gave me some glue, cleaned the old tank with brake cleaner, and 30 minutes later I was already on my way home with a working coolant tank. Much respect and props. Bravo, guys!

I'm fixing an oil leak on my car and I couldnt find the specific o ring available anywhere for same day pick up. I called this Napa location and eas helped by a very friendly employee Raja, who was able to get it delivered to this store same day from the distribution center. Afterward, I later found out that I needed a gasket instead of an o-ring, and when I went to the store, he did everything he could to help me not pay 50-200 bucks or have to order it online. Unfortunately, I had to resort to online ordering a $5 part and wait 3 days. All that aside, what i noticed was that he represented the company and his specific location well with his cheery and helpful customer service. He got me the part I wanted to the closest napa, and when I figured out I needed something else, he went to lengths to help me track it down. He could just as easily been grumpy that I didnt have the right part in mind from the outset or not helped at all, and I really wouldn't have thought about it too hard. But effort like that sticks out, and I noticed it.
