We took our toyota van to the dealership and a local shop that has three letters in its name before bringing it to Perfection. The dealership said the issue was a timing chain, the other shop said it was a CV boot. Richard, Justin and Tyler found the actual problem which was engine mounts that needed to be replaced. Glad the job wasn’t something more costly or concerning like the other places had said. We are so happy with perfection. Thank you and highly recommend.

Over many countless years, since the time I started driving, I was always shopping for the best price I could get on tires and auto services. Mike, at this location, was the one who helped me decide that this will be my forever tire and auto store. He educated me on tires, found the best set for my car within my budget, and has always been honest and helpful whenever I have questions. The entire crew at this perfection tire store are wonderful to work with and I've appreciated everything they've done. I've never had any complaints with their work. Everything that they've provided has lasted or outlasted its life expectancy and that really does mean something. I highly recommend the store for all your tire & Auto service needs. I don’t recommend taking any vehicle here for anything other than an oil change and tire rotation. We left with more problems than we brought the vehicles in for, I spent $500 on problems that they didn’t know how to fix, and left with the problems still not resolved. Personally I felt there was a lack of knowledge in the staff I dealt with along with no customer service. Basically left the shop and they said they didn’t know what was wrong with the vehicle but it stopped doing the issue so I could go. We did have a relatively positive experience with Richard so if you have the opportunity to deal with him, I recommend him over the other staff.

This place got me in for an emergency flat repair, was able to patch my tire and didn’t try to upsell me, checked my brakes alerted me to get them changed within 6 months, Justin was great to work with, I appreciated the service and speed :)

Did a summer/winter tire swap with brake check, etc. Quick turnaround and honest evaluation of my car, (they didn't try to upsell me for anything. ) Very friendly and professional. Took the time to be sure they understood what I wanted done. Excellent shop! I trust them to be honest, fair, and do excellent work. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with these guys. I did my own engine rebuild, but needed a little help with wrapping it up. They diagnosed a bad clutch throwout bearing and were able to replace it for me at a very reasonable price. They also tuned up my timing and valves, and made it run much smoother than before I brought it in. I had them do some other work for me as well, and could not be happier!

Service was great, very professional. Tire rama quoted me 160 for a tire but said it would be at least 2 weeks and recommended perfection tire...it was $360 for 1 tire but it got there in a few days...service was fast and very nice. They put my tire on at no extra charge 😊

I have been here once before and received amazing service. This review is for my most recent experience. I brought my truck in to get the tire plugged and put back on. They called me about 20 min later and told me they were done. Then they did not charge me. The best service around.

I will place Perfection Tire near the top of the Spokane Valley Tire stores. It was easily 5 Stars! From Tyler at the front desk to the speed and efficiency of the shop, you will come back again! I needed a whole winter package, wheels and tires. Within minutes, I was able to select the products I required. The final selection was very pleasing. Plus they were on the vehicle the next day! And they were very high quality, including the made in the USA Cooper tires! To top it off, the price was wallet friendly also. Yes, the prices have inflated, but I ended up paying the lowest amount among four competitors. The final Tyler touch was a $50 tire rebate, that I've already sent in! You can't beat Perfection!

Went in for a tire rotation on vehicle I purchased over a year ago so had tires from previous owner on my ride. Totally expected to pay there quoted $25.00 to rotate but they waived the charge as tires were sold by them to original owner. Not even sure how they looked that up, I assume by vin of vehicle but I sure am a happy customer to save the $. Excellent customer service to stand by there sale even to a second owner, and they were fast.

Price wise, very reasonable. Service wise, not impressed. I brought my car in for radiator replacement and some other misc stuff, and the AC system specifically a leaking O ring. I didn't notice the low coolant due to there being enough in the system to cool it, but not enough to eliminate any air in the system. My car sounded a little off when starting it after work today, checked my cooling system, had to add ½gallon of distilled water to hopefully top it off and then checked to see if the O ring in the AC system that was supposed to replaced was replaced, and noticed that there was no disturbance of the leaking AC gunk to show that the part was even touched. I will be contacting them to give them a chance to make this right. ..... Edit They made it right, and as part of their apology, they went above what I had originally asked for, replaced more than just the one bad o-ring and fixed my coolant mix. Thank you.

I called today, spoke with Justin, then drove my suv to them with my Tyre sensors and valve stems wherein within 30 mins. Matt started on my suv, removed and replaced two showing as faulty on infotainment console. Done within 1hr. Superb customer service, expert attention to detail on my high end vehicle. Another Justin helpful with discussing legal aspect of a previous tech with a different company, who told me after the fact he replaced valve stems. Worn out parts given back to me. Very pleased with everyone who worked with me and my vehicle! Thank you. Highly recommend 👌 Note - I did not experience sexism at all. They treated me as a knowledgeable human being and spoke kindly.
