Donna, Russ and their team are absolutely phenomenal. On a road trip we were caught in a storm driving through the Rockies and our entire awning was ripped clean off. We frantically started making calls and felt defeated after being told we had no chance as parts alone would take 3-4 weeks. Then we got a text response to a voicemail left for Pirate RV and Russ let us know it may be possible to get the parts in a couple of days. We were very sceptical given the response from other companies but Donna, Russ and their team came through. An entire awning, supplied, installed and back on the road in a few days. I couldn’t recommend this company high enough, we feel so lucky to have found and stumbled across them. Russ was also able to locate and fix an electrical issue we had in under a minute restoring our entire audio system. Angels disguised as Pirates really do exist. Thanks guys

Everyone at Pirate has been great, from the very first conversation. Attentive, caring, and prompt response. Clearly interested in providing the best service for the client. I have a brand new Park Model and the AC would not turn on. Turns out it was wired incorrectly at the factory. Pirate fixed the problem, and went a step further. To help me get reimbursed for my service charge, they took pictures and documented the problem, clearly showing the mistake occurred at the factory and should be covered by the manufacturer. I appreciate knowing that I can rely on Pirate RV mobile service for honest, reliable service.

We called Pirate RV to install a hydraulic jack leg. The work was done quickly. After the install, they noted that the pump was not shutting off properly. Further investigation revealed a bad pump. Since it was less than a year old and covered under warranty, I arranged for Pirate to intake the new pump when we payed back through Liberty Lakes. They are knowledgeable, communicate well, are prompt, and clean up throughly after the repairs.

I had a leak in the roof of my 17-year-old trailer. They arrived on time as agreed and fixed the issue within a few hours. They inspected and resealed several other areas for me. Also replaced a refrigerator drain hose and gave me advice on a couple other items. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated them responding to my call to them with a call return the same day that I left a message. Customer service is critical in the service industry. They get 6 stars for that!!! We had a landing leg fail to go up, and then fell down on our 5th wheel. We tied it up so we could get to our next destination. Pirate RV was suggested to us. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and they booked us in for 9:00 am the next morning. They got to work immediately, professionally and in a very timely manner. They found the problem (a broken pin) and had it fixed and operating within a couple of hours. We are ever so grateful and highly recommend Pirate RV!

We were in Spokane when our bedroom slide on our 2 week-old 5th wheel stuck in the open position. Fortunately for us, the manufacturer directed us to contact Pirate RV Mobile Service. They responded in less than an hour that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. It was too late by that time to pick up the part so they explained they would get the part the next morning and return to complete the repairs. We explained we had to leave the following day by 1pm. Understanding our plight, they re-arranged their schedule to make sure they could complete our repairs to get us back on the road ASAP. They returned the following morning as promised. It was no easy task making the repairs. They cheerfully completed the repairs in about an hour. They made the financial arrangements with the manufacturer which made the whole experience even easier! Russ and Travis were amazing. They were very professional, yet down to earth and easy to talk to. They were extremely careful with our new trailer, always cleaning their shoes when entering. They were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We can't thank them enough for everything they did. Pirate RV Mobile Service is the real deal. They will be working in Yuma over the winter months. I'll be tempted to make the 160 mile drive from our home base in San Diego should I need something repaired on our RV!

We called for a pretty extensive and daunting repair. From the first phone call Pirate RV had been competent, comforting and incredibly thorough. Outstanding mobile RV service! These guys are super knowledgeable and very honest - Russ and Travis did a great job fixing my Aqua-Hot heating system after another company in another state caused a problem with the unit that didn’t appear until we had traveled for awhile. Russ kept me informed throughout the repair and he was always on time. He also provided good recommendations regarding the system and its operation. Scheduling was very easy with office, and they provided estimates up front on all the work. This company is the best! I would definitely use them again for any repair needs - I have used quite a few mobile RV repair companies, and none have had the knowledge, experience, and professionalism of Pirate RV. So glad I found these guys!

New Review 7/17/25: Pirates to the rescue again! My bedroom air conditioning started blowing hot air only. We scheduled a time and they took care of it. Unfortunately required a new unit, but they got and replaced it in time for me to leave on schedule. Now I have a happy wife (happy life😄). They’re the right ones to call! 6/22/25: I can’t say enough good things about Pirate RV Mobile Services! As a fifth wheel RV owner, I’ve had the pleasure of working with them twice, and both experiences were outstanding. Last September, I was dealing with a frustrating, intermittent issue with my 50 amp shore connection. Russ Yocom came out and tackled the problem with incredible skill and precision. His troubleshooting methodology was top-notch, and he tracked down the culprit—a loose internal receptacle connection—that had been plaguing me for months. Problem solved, and I was back to enjoying my RV without worry. This week, I called them again for an issue with my hydraulic leveling lift that was failing intermittently. Russ and Travis Yocom worked together to diagnose the problem. They initially suspected the solenoid, then considered a faulty motor, but their thorough approach led them to discover loose connections in multiple areas. They tightened everything up, and my system was back in perfect working order. Their expertise and determination to get to the root of the issue were impressive. Beyond the exceptional technical work, I have to give a huge shoutout to Donna for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly responsive in booking my service appointments, making the process seamless and stress-free. Her follow-through, both before and after the service calls, was fantastic—she ensured everything went smoothly and checked in to confirm I was satisfied. I read “ Temporarily closed” but you can still make an appointment. I recommend this family owned RV service. I have dealt with the big guys and the medium sized guys and had some success but I usually have to tell them how to do the job or take it back and wait multiple times to get it right or deal with billing or warranty issues. You can forget about all of the hassles and have it done right by people who care and won’t rip you off. The name Pirate means they will take you away on a great adventure and you will be telling others to have RV repairs done by Pirate RV. I had a slide fail, they not only diagnosed the issue properly but also informed me of a recall so I only had to pay the trip charge and they did all of the work to get the balance covered by the manufacturer. The work was done quickly and they paid attention to every small detail. I have never had better service from anyone . Here is a hint. They did the work at my campsite near Yuma Az. Where they work in the winter months. Five Stars . A friend has used them twice and they did the same kind of good work and did it on schedule. Washington or Arizona your results will be great. 😊
