Yikes, watch out for "$50" wiper blades you did not ask for, and even when you give/show a coupon they do not apply it. It took complaining to get a future credit. Watch your paperwork when going here.

Been awhile since I went there but whenever I arrived at the service bay the team member was asking me questions and Talking / answering questions with the guy getting info off my car - ( makes me the customer feel like I'm 2nd ) They also called me back to tell me my service was finished then said there was a mess up ( mabe a switch up with vehicles ) Took me about 30 min more waiting for them. Business is looking alot better

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I want to say THANK YOU to Robert in service, my daughters father has always taken care of my cars and I was nervous about doing it alone and Robert made sure I had everything I needed done to keep my 4 month old safe and in a reliable vehicle, he was absolutely amazing and kept me updated the entire time! Had my car towed in on Monday and have been told 3 times now that they would get it in to look at the following day (today is Friday). Not only has it been sitting in their lot for a week, but the communication is horrible. They have not called to update me at all but I have to be the one to call to check on status. Total waste of time and just hoping whatever issue the car has is able to be resolved.

I wanted to say thank you to Robert who has worked hard to help us get the side-view mirror camera working properly on our 2020 Hyundai Palisade. The camera has never worked since we purchased the car in June 2020. He contacted the extended warranty folks and helped us to get a warranty claim to replace the camera. He kept us informed along the way; he is amazing with his follow-up skills. We ended up having to take our car back 3 or 4 times to trouble shoot the camera issue as it was still not working after installing the new camera. Our issue is still not fixed but I’m certain that this dealership will help us get to the bottom of the issue with the data that they have collected. They tried their best to figure it out. They really put forth a great deal of effort. We have since moved to Texas but we will have our new dealership call Robert to get an update on the problem. He is a great person and he works hard for his customers. We appreciate you Robert. Thank you for working as hard as you could to help us fix that camera. It did work for about two weeks which is the longest that it’s ever worked. It’s definitely some kind of vibration/wiring issue as the camera works when the auto-shutoff for the engine comes on when I’m stopped at a light. All of the other cameras function properly but that camera has glitched since we took the car off the lot. It’s a perplexing problem but we hope the work your dealership did on the issue will help us as we tackle the problem in Texas. One thing is for sure, when we get it fixed we will send Robert a gift card for his help as a token of our appreciation. Robert, you are a 5-star employee!

Great service from the time I replied to an appointment confirmation on! Scheduling was so kind, even though I had to reschedule multiple times. Very pleasant and flexible. I needed a recall and my 110k mile maintenance. Spoke to Steve about my services and he answered all my questions once the work was done, very helpful. Pick up was after hours. I immediately noticed scratches on my hood and all the way down the driver side. I was so bummed! The sales guys took pics for the manager and owner to review. Returned the next day, everyone was so helpful. They gave me a ride home so their detail department could fix the scratches. Then they picked me up when it was done. Todd is the best shuttle driver! I am so grateful for the entire service team. From beginning to end, they all were incredibly helpful.
