I had a battery light warning flash on when pulling a hill with the Air on, so I stopped in to see what manager Josh and his Crew could do! Ryan was amazing after checking out the whole electrical system, I got a new alternator, a new battery, and Ryan noticed my engine had a miss and he tracked down the culprit and fixed that also. What a relief to have a smoother running engine and no battery warning light coming on! All the employees had a great attitude.

Let me start off by saying that the guys here at this jiffy lube quite literally saved me and my wife’s life. Jason, Ben , & Bryce really took the time to understand an issue I had been hearing under my Jeep Patriot 2015 and through the steering wheel driving across the country. We drove all the way from Chicago, IL on our way to Juneau, AK— and my vehicle had $1.5k of work done to it before we took off on the road and nothing stuck out to be a viable problem.. three different institutions gave me the "okay".. and deep down I still had an inkling that something may happen on this trip. A small shake from the wheel not a big deal… A slight clicking noise when turning at low speeds.. not a Big deal we had everything checked we’re fine… Something didn’t feel right. 4 days in, I gave-in and listened to my intuition. We pulled into Spokane Valley and two places directed us to come to this all-service jiffy lube and I did. We had driven over 2k miles on a bad CV Axel— through snow storms, rain storms, miles in mountains, steep passes, long distances and my CV axel had been bad through it all even after everyone told me it was fine... Jason and his team are the ones who really took the time to listen and check-- to me that's the most valuable thing someone can do for you. If you’re considering coming here for help, I highly recommend this location— It could’ve been bad there on the road, we could've caused a crash or ended up severely injured and now because of this endearing team— we no longer have to worry. I can’ t thank them enough.

Ben did me a good job and did Jiffylube a good job of upselling the oil change to also convince me to replace both filters. And he wasn’t pushy either. He also offered to replace a tail light bulb but when he discovered the tail light lens was cracked and allowing water inside, he told me he wouldn’t because the bulb would just short out again. I appreciated his honesty.

Alert, alert: be cautious of going to Jiffy Lube!! They seemed very friendly and genuine, radiating positive energy that I found quite appealing. After being away for a couple of weeks, I gathered the courage to have a thorough inspection done, especially since I had driven over a hundred miles. I took my car to a shop nearby in Liberty Lake WA. When they lifted my car, I was surprised to find that the oil filter was not even hand-tight! It was leaking all over the underside of my car's skid plate. Had I continued driving, I could have easily caused damage to my engine. I would appreciate it if you could make sure they carefully check their work when you visit these places. I apologize for not having any pictures of the damage they caused, as I took it to a local shop, and he simply cleaned it up for me. I do regret not taking any photos of it. I take full responsibility for that. I highly suggest bringing your vehicle to this local shop in Liberty Lake, Washington. It is called AutoXpert Garage!

Glad i have ended up at this shop! Could not have found a better shop and nicer experts taking care of my car. Bought a used car 300miles ago and ran into trouble with the trans, differential, and AC. Both experts took their time to listen, explain and provide me with a very fair cost estimate. Service has been done quickly to get me out in the road again. I need to drive another 6hrs today and feel very confident after my visit here. Full recommendation!
