I just went here to get my car an oil change and I just bought a used car a couple days ago. Very friendly and hard working they checked on everything on the car and let me now every detail of what I needed done to the car, also gave me better options for oil change. I highly recommend going to this place to get you oil change they are cheaper than Walmart and do excellent work!

Great one-on-one service, much more than I expected. Checked all fluids, air filter, tire pressure, even washed my windshield! I forgot their names, but the guy and gal were very friendly, personable and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be using Oil Changers again! Highly recommend.

Well I went in for a oil change...I have a Nissan Sentra and it has a skid plate that has to be removed before the oil change can be done. It has like twenty seven t clips and there is only maybe five clips on it. Most of my skid plate is hanging down scraping on the ground and they do not answer their phones.I have called several times and they don't even have a message machine to leave a message. I am going to be talking to them in person when I get off work... And if it isn't rectified and corrected, they're gonna be hearing from my lawyer.

Massively overpriced, didn’t offer to reset my maintenance light, refused to quote me a price for another vehicle. They were very efficient in changing the oil, but for 4.5 quarts and an oil filter, taking less than 15 minutes of their time, $106 is a ridiculous price.

Got my Highlanders oil changed here last Saturday. Oil change went fine, but they pulled my oil filter and showed it to me. Showed that it was definitely dirty, and I agreed so I just had them take care of it since it was reasonable. However upon them getting it changed they broke the box where the oil filter sits. Tech admitted it immediately and did apologize. Was told they would be reaching out to get it replaced. Been a week with 2 follow ups and have heard nothing. I asked them to just credit the air filter and will be good, but claimed they are unable to. I’d be careful coming here especially if something goes wrong, which let’s be honest it happens, because likely you’ll just walk away with damage to your car with no responsibility.

Used to come in here all the time, probably won't anymore. Your boys Camron and Zach were screwing around the entire time. I've had an oil change that lasted 10 minutes from you guys. They took 40 minutes plus. They said my vehicle was shit to my face and then made a joke about it. Camron started working on my car and then took a 10 minute smoke break with his random friends that showed up, then got back and worked on my car. Probably the most disrespectful unprofessional experience I've ever had in a oil changers.

Best customer service I've ever had getting an oil change! Matthew, Jimmie, and Alexis were super friendly. The price was great with a veteran discount code they sent us and we were in and out in a reasonable time. They gave us water and dog treats on the way out on our road trip. We will be coming here for an oil change from now on. Highly recommend!

Went there for an oil change, there was a man and a women working. said specifically i was just there for an oil change. The guy is putting in my car information and the girl is under my hood. She pulls out my air filter shows me it from 3 feet away and asks if i would like it replaced. The air filter was hardly dirty definitely did not need replaced. I also never asked them to snoop around and find things I “needed to replace”. I understand their job is to upsell but at least ask before u start to pull apart things that weren’t asked to be messed with. Anyways the whole point of this review was she put my air filter back in wrong! Didn’t find out til a couple days later! Probably won’t be returning to this exact location . I do appreciate the gentleman taking my coupon and customer service was fine otherwise.

Jenna and Daniel both were stellar. Of course they do their job by upselling, it's part of providing excellent value to their customers and its required to ask. I haven't had such wonderful service in years. If I could rate it above 5/5 I would. Out the door under $50 with their online coupon they asked if I had and even waited for me to find it on their website they made my visit top notch. Great job all.
