The service center had my truck three different times, still never fixed the issue it was dropped off for. Drove the truck without sufficient air in the bags and kept turning the tires after rubbing the front bumper. The service manager was only willing to cover the cost of one of the two tires they destroyed.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4XE from Dishman Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep, and I can confidently say it was a 5-star experience from start to finish — all thanks to Mr. Syed Hussain, aka “Ali.” Ali was nothing short of outstanding. Just had the best experience with Edgar! I couldn’t make it in today to see a vehicle and he took all kinds of photos and videos for me to see and even crawled under the car to show me the condition of the frame. I’m just really impressed with the service at Dishman. Highly recommended

They had my minivan to replace the transmission. Took them six weeks to get the work done which is fine, but now my vehicle is leaking oil. I have 4 kids and it’s my only vehicle. (Dishman dodge) I don’t want to drive my car like this and I won’t. For any other person who uses them check your vehicle before leaving their location

I received an alert over a year ago that my diesel Gladiator had a recall. I called Dishman immediately and asked when I could get it repaired. They told me they did not have the parts and they had no ETA on when they would be available, but that I was the first to call and therefore first on the list when parts arrived. I was also told that I shouldn't drive the vehicle because the issue was that serious. Several months went by so I decided to call again. This time they said I was 5th in line, and when I asked why I moved down the list, they couldn't tell me but assured me that they would have parts in early fall and would be getting it taken care of then. Several more months went by and I called again in the fall. Again I had moved down the list with no explanation and an updated timeframe to a couple more months. This continued for a few months. Cut to over a year later and my Jeep still hasn't been repaired and so I reached out yet again, this time through email, and I was given a response basically saying they couldn't do anything to help and I needed to reach out to the service department, so I asked if they could forward my message to management, which is what they should have done anyways? I finally got a response saying they were sorry and they would put me on their "Priority" list. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back, so I guess it's still not a priority to them. I understand that it's not Dishman Jeep's fault for not having the parts, but to keep pushing me down the list and not giving me answers is extremely frustrating and makes me feel like they just don't care. ***UPDATE*** After I wrote the review, I was immediately contacted by who I assume was the service manager? She said she understood why I was upset but she just didn't have any parts available. After I responded, still unhappy, all the sudden she actually had a part and could get me right in. I was told to drop the truck off first thing in the morning, so I dropped it off at 0700. I later drove to work around 9 and decided to see if they had pulled it in yet...they had not. I set up "valet" mode which alerts me if they drive the truck outside a certain radius and received an alert a little after 1100, which I thought was odd as the repair is supposed to take up to 7 hours to complete. I called asking if it was done and the same lady I had scheduled with told me it was still in the shop. She did not know I could tell they were out driving it, so I brought it up and asked if it was still getting worked on, why was someone out driving it around. She made up something and said it would be done in about 30 minutes. Funny enough, I was called about 5 minutes later saying it was done. My truck is a custom Gladiator that cost a lot of money to build, and it's my fault for trusting it to the dealer, but they damaged my DV8 fender liners, bent them terribly, didn't put all the bolts in, and scratched it badly, to which they tried to cover up with what looks like black nail polish. At this point, I do not even think that they did the repair, I believe they attempted to get my fender liners out and then gave up and went on a joy ride. I should have gone with my gut and realized this was a place to stay away from, my fender liners are trashed now. (They took off the passenger fender liner as well for some reason?) ***Second update**** I reached out to the customer support manager and he basically said I was lying, that they never damaged anything and then he blocked me from sending emails. Class act company...

If I could give negative stars I would!! This place is a freaking JOKE!!! Against my better judgement after multiple family members having issues with this Dishman Dodge I brought my car in to have a recall fixed and I was told it would be done by the time I got off work that day. Apparently another recall came in so they wanted to fix it while they had it in their possession and I obliged. It was supposed to be ready the following day and it was not! Then I was told the following Monday and on Monday I was told Tuesday and on Tuesday I was told possibly within a week after sitting there for almost 3 hours! I got a phone call Friday afternoon letting me know my car was ready and drove over an hour to pick it up Saturday morning and the paperwork states the car is now operating as designed but it was far from! I got in the car and the brake light was illuminated and the brakes were not even functional! This is my 17-year-old daughter's car and it was highly dangerous for them too tell us it was safe to drive it off the lot! I was very upset after being drug through the mud for almost two weeks and I was told there's nothing anybody can do because they don't have any techs there on the weekends! So sick and tired of their bullshit! I brought it in to get the transmission cable bushing fixed which should have been at most a couple hour job and did not even have issues with my brakes when I dropped it off with them and now it's nothing but issues with things that I never had a problem with prior to dropping it off with them! Upon calling them Monday morning 3.5 hrs after they opened giving them ample opportunity to look at it the manager of the service department Marcus was extremely rude and tried to gaslight me and state that the reason why I dropped MY vehicle off was never the reason! I brought my vehicle to them originally to get the transmission cable bushing replaced due to a recall in May 2019 and then I was told the cable itself also had a recall and they had the parts in stock and we're going to replace that also but according to Marcus that conversation never happened and I always dropped it off for the brake booster recall which is absolutely false! I would highly recommend avoiding these guys at all costs!!

DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! In my almost 60 years of life I have never had such a pleasant and wonderful car buying experience! I wanted a 2025 Ram 2500. My local Lithia dealership was not able/willing to work with me so I started calling around to Yakima and Spokane. I worked with Cody over the phone since I live 2 1/2 hours away. He was professional, responded promptly and answered any and all questions that I had! On top of that, he is a fantastic human being! I will more than likely not ever have the need to buy another new car? But if I do, I will definitely be traveling 2 1/2 hours to work with Cody again! These guys are a family owned dealership and their care for their Clientele definitely shows! THANK YOU DISHMAN!!!!

Great Experience at this Dealership. I'm an Northern Idaho resident so I have access to 4-5 Dealers within a 60 mile radius. I had never been to Dishman before, but my experience from beginning to end was seamless. Our sales consultant, PARKER FLYNN was very attentive, eager to make the sale, but most importantly to us, his communication over the course of 5 days, was second to none. Phone calls, text response time were both immediate. He truly worked for us to complete our new car acquisition and even came in on his day off to complete the deal. I highly recommend the Dishman CJDR dealership and Parker Flynn.

Didn't really fix the problem still same issues . Didn't put the cover back on the rear view mirror sensor area and "forgot" to do the oil change. Staff are friendly. Kinda glad about the oil change not happening since last time the oil filter wasnt on tight enough and leaked in the driveway. Hopefully they can fix the same issues when I bring it in again for the 3rd time. Was waiting for this visits parts to come in since Nov, so communication isnt a high note so far.

I was nervous to take my van in cause I know nothing about cars but I was getting a warning on my hybrid electric engine that it needed serviced. I called this place and they let me know I also had a recall and to come in as soon as possible, they could get me in the following week. I go to drop it off and they paid for an uber home for me. It became complicated to fix but they called me every step of the way and even got me into a rental car (free of charge) so that I wasn’t stuck at home. Then after about 8 days of my van being there they called me (I worked with Tiffany the whole time, great experience with her!) and said it was all done! I picked it up and the recall was of course free but the engine service fix was also free cause it was covered by my warranty! I am beyond grateful for that and very happy with every interaction I had with the entire staff there. I feel taken care of and didn’t have to worry about a thing!

My 2004 dodge ram 3500 has had an airbag light on since I have owned the truck. It also needed the airbags replaced for a recall. I took the truck in for the airbag recall and when I picked up the truck from service the airbag light was still on. I immediately went back to the service department and asked if they could clear the light. I was told in order to figure out why the light was on they would have to diagnose the cause which they would have to charge me to do so. I declined. I think it’s ridiculous that they will install new airbags for the recall but with the air bags light being on there is no guarantee that they would work because there could be a fault in the system. Basically they were like hey we will install these new parts that will keep you safe but we know that your airbag system is compromised and that the air bag system may or may not work. Kind of a joke I thought. I understand that you have to charge people for labor. But they could have at least diagnosed why the air bag system was compromised and told me. How do they know that the new air bags they installed aren’t the cause of the fault in the system with the air bag light on without a diagnosis . Won’t be going back here ever again. They basically checked there box for the recall and don’t care about your safety at all.

I am not impressed with Dishman Dodges service center. The employees seem to not care about the quality of the work they do. I have brought my 2025 Ram 2500 Cummins in 3 times. I’ve brought my truck in for issues and also maintenance. When I brought the truck in for issues, they diagnosed what was going on and had apparently “fixed” it. When I picked up the truck after service the check engine light was on, and the truck was still having the same issue. The truck did not have a hard starting issue prior to bringing it to them. When I had brought it in for an oil change and fuel filter change, the employees had left a mess with oil on my headlight, and had also completely soaked the front differential in Diesel. You’d think they’d make an effort to clean it up, but nope. I spent $700 on a service, and had my truck returned with new issues, and it not cleaned up from there mess. When I pulled out of the parking lot for my oil and fuel filter change, my truck had completely died on me which has never happened. For the loaner vehicle, they provided me with a tiny little car. Me being a contractor and using my truck every single day you’d think they would provide a loaner truck, but they don’t have one. The service center is a joke and I’ll be having my truck worked on by another professional shop.

I want to say that I was very nervous going in to buy a new jeep. Im in the middle of a divorce and I did this huge thing by myself. The staff here were amazing and helpful. Very kind and patient. Edger was fantastic and helped me emotionally through the sale. Happy to know there are decent honest sales people out there not taking advantage.
