I highly recommend going to Nick. He has been phenomenal to work with. He has had timely and usually quick responses to all my inquiries. He has followed up and provided more information than I could have thought to ask for and accommodated my schedule and always seemed available to help via multiple communication styles. He's very respectful and answered all my questions in a non-condescending manner. Even though I did not make a purchase at Autonation in the Valley, had the vehicle I was looking for been at this location, I wouldn't have hesitated to go through Nick for the sale. I have worked with one other sales associate at this location in the past that was definitely the opposite experience; he did not give me the time of day. He was short, abrupt, and seemed annoyed from the start. So, I just wanted to put a shining light on Nick because I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Took my truck in for a multi media software update. I got home and read my receipt. It notes that I declined to have a multi point inspection performed. I did not decline the inspection. I was never asked. I WANTED the inspection because I know I have an under inflated tire. I would have appreciated a tire tread checked because winter is here and I probably need new tires. I guess I’m heading to Costco. I can fill the low tire myself, and get scheduled for new tire installation. Sorry Toyota.

My family and I have been visiting this location for years for car purchases and services on our vehicles, but within the last 2 years it has gone downhill. Every single time I go in for an oil change or tire rotation, it takes over 3-4 hours. I even show up 10-15 minutes early in hopes that they can check my car in sooner, and it still takes them nearly all day. I have to clear out my entire schedule for the day because they always take way too long. I understand that they may need more time for longer services, but even then, their car shuttle service is not readily available forcing me to remain at the shop all day. They always tell me its because they are "busy" or they are "behind schedule," but it is ridiculous that this happens EVERY single time. I would be much more understanding if it happened one or two times, but it is genuinely every single time. Do not expect to take a morning or afternoon off when you visit this location because you're most likely going to be stuck there all day without a shuttle service option!! I typically do not leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share one that experience pushed it over the edge. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change (which took all day) where I was told that I needed new tires. That day, I ordered new tires and I scheduled the appointment with a service employee working. A few weeks later when I returned for my appointment, I checked in and waited for a few hours. After 4 hours with no news, I went and spoke with my assigned service employee who told me that they made a mistake and only ordered 2 of the tires. Cars need 4 tires, not 2 lol. I could not believe it!!! They had allowed me to wait for 4 hours in the lobby and only after I had questions about my vehicle, they told me about this. The service employee was very kind, but I was so frustrated about the absence of communication which resulted in me having to take off an entire day off work. The manager was called in to assist and all he did was stand there while the service employee spoke to me. The manager did not resolve the situation or at least try to offer some sort of future service discount for my troubles. Honestly, I used to love this place but I truly do not recommend it at all.

Our purchase process was great overall. Our salesman, Ross, was helpful, professional, and friendly, as was Adam, our finance professional. Both gentlemen were top tier and super accommodating. They put us at ease while we selected and purchased our new vehicle, and made it practically seamless. The only part of this review that prevented us from giving 5 stars was the way our trade in was handled. The dollar amount that was deducted for what we deemed to be small items was excessive. Were we annoyed? Yes. Was this a deal breaker? Nope. Will we return to this dealership in the future? Definitely!

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and the team helped me order the perfect vehicle with everything I was looking for—even though it meant waiting about a month for it to arrive. I initially worked with a friend at the dealership who answered all my questions, helped me land a solid rate, and put together a payment that fit comfortably within my budget. When he left the dealership before the sale was finalized, I was handed off to Paul—and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition. Paul was incredibly proactive with communication during the entire wait. He checked in regularly, kept me updated, and made sure I never felt out of the loop. We had a pretty positive experience working with Autonation to purchase a new Rav4. We shopped at three different dealerships. Autonation had the car we were looking for and was happy to match prices to get our business. Our salesman Sloan was easy to work with, went on a test drive with us, and answered all our questions about the car. He quickly responded to all our calls and adjusted his schedule to make sure he could help us. There was no pressure to buy and were treated respectfully from the time we walked in the door to the time we drove out with a new car. Sloan also did a great job with the delivery. He made sure the car was freshly detailed and patiently walked us through all the features of the car. He invited us to come back in a week with a list of any questions we might have about to include using the Toyota app once it's registered to the car. We also worked with two different sales managers and a finance manager. All were respectful and easy to work with. In the end we were happy with the deal we received. The closing was pretty straighforward but there were some additional pitches for add on warranties that we declined. Closing took about 45 minutes and from there we took final delivery and drove home in our new car.

🚩⚠️🚩 I was 18 when I financed my first car here and I did not have support in this process. I was young and someone that could be easily taken advantage of and that’s exactly what happened. I financed a Volkswagen CC that was within my budget and I was satisfied but in the following two weeks as I was heading to work (the first time I had driven the vehicle that day) I began to smell smoke coming from the vents. I was so confused since I JUST got this vehicle and it was a reputable dealership. I had only been two blocks up the road from my house when I decided to turn back around to see what was wrong. I got out the vehicle and within two minutes my vehicle blew up in flames. I called the fire department and they extinguished the fire. I had never been in this situation and was not sure who to call. I called insurance and then eventually called the dealership. They were apologetic about the situation and told me they would help me get into another vehicle. I put my faith in them to only feel taken advantage of and scammed. The salesman told me I was to finance a car completely out of my budget, with payments I could BARELY afford, and a loan that was finally approved after multiple inquiries made without my knowledge. It was not even a vehicle I liked. It was also the only option of a vehicle they offered me. I explained that but I was then told I would have to accept this vehicle or be forced to pay on a vehicle that no longer exists. Now being more knowledgeable I can see how wrong it was of Toyota to take advantage of me. Also the fact that I was lucky to have not been in the vehicle when the fire erupted. Please be careful if you decide to finance or purchase a vehicle at this establishment.
