I had a remote start put in by another company before. When I got a new to me car I went with Sounds in Wheels! Their customer service far surpasses the services from any other company I have dealt with! Their prices are competitive and they were very knowledgeable about their equipment! They were quick with the installation and getting me an appointment! Will definitely use them again when the time comes!

I was super impressed, they did an install in my limited. Edition GT 67 mustang Dereck knows what he is doing and recommending. The end result they knocked it out of the park.

Got a new stereo for my sons car. Stopped in to get a quote. Nate listened to what we were looking for and found a great solution. We were able to get a better product for a similar price vs. what Car toys quoted. Install was fast and good quality. Will continue using them in the future

Guys here are professional and knowledgeable. They will give you lots of options and help you get exactly what you want and not pressure you for an upsell. Great place with plenty of cool sound and other car, truck, and even boat upgrades.

I was under the impression that the installation would be included with the purchase of the deck I bought from them. I got a kenwood with a backup camera included. Not even close I ended up paying $300 for the deck and another $250 to have it installed plus tax. I then asked about the back up camera and he said I would have to pay again for a separate install. Are you serious??😡. I then get home only to find out the backup camera isn’t even in the box they sent me home with. So I brush my hand against the pillar left of my windshield the other day and it falls right off. They lost the clips that held this trim piece in place and didn’t bother saying anything it would seem waiting for me to touch the piece so I would think I broke it was their plan. It’s being held up by duck tape now. The wire they ran behind the piece of trim (I think it’s to the mic) is loose not even zip tied to the wire cluster or protected by tubing or anything. When you charge me a extra $300 for an install I expect it to at least be done properly and for my car to be undamaged. “You’ll love your system guaranteed.” Yeah the system is great kenwood is amazing. But the install was rushed and done poorly..... IMO go with Best Buy they do a free install when you purchase a new stereo.

Of all the times I've been here and the thousands of dollars Ive spent here over the years, this last time has been the first bad experience. I had a consult with what was achievable for my system then at every corner they changed direction and now I have a system they had me throw a bunch of money at that I'm not completely happy with. All I wanted was my factory amplified system retained while adding an aftermarket subwoofer. They completely bi-passed my factory system and now I have underpowered door speakers. They argued about how they did retain the features I wanted but the part numbers on the purchase order said other-wise. They responded about the backup camera which isn't why I left a bad review we had a solution for that. I also just noticed that they left pry marks and my dash. Which Is why I have returned yet again to modify my review. I can't believe how they treated me and my property. I hate leaving bad reviews.

Late review but appropriate. I've worked with nearly all stereo shops in Spokane Valley over the years building many audio systems. None compete with Sounds on Wheels. Knowledgeable staff, great quality products, great customer service. Corey the Manger is a Rockstar! i spent around $2,500 on a system 3 years ago, still runs strong. i had one issue one time, Corey personally diagnosed and fixed it in one day, no charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else again for my audio needs.

These guys are ripping people off if you go through them for an interlock. Nothing but problems with those guys from the start. I ended up going to another place for my recalibration and not one issue since. Don’t go there. Unless you have money to burn.

Had a front and rear dash cam, a back up camera and updated my system to a floating screen. I had a tiny radio in my jeep and now I can use CarPlay and enjoy my system. Ron was great helping me pick out and showing me how to use it. If I have any troubles ie user forgetfulness I go in and he has no trouble helping me.

I had a remote start/keyless entry installed. My situation was a little different since my vehicle is equipped with power locks but never had a key-fob from the factory. Friendly staff, great prices and honest service.

I live on the northside of Spokane and generally use Aspen Sound, They merged with another car audio store and the price doubled what Aspen quoted me earlier, I called Sounds on Wheels and was given a fair price and estimated time frame by Rob, Well they beat the time and estimate, Saving me $100, Scott explained what was to be done and a prior to work starting inspection was done and explained the the old plastic in my Pickup might break, Understanding this we proceeded, The quality of the install was evident, I promise if I took on that plastic the results would not have been good, No plastic was harmed in this install, The result was what I expected, quality and communication from staff. And of course the sound was perfect.

Awkward customer transaction. I stop by yesterday to get a quote to install the system i bought brand new from them a few years ago, just going into a different vehicle. I show up, young man at the front door greets me and I tell him I was told to stop by to get a quote for the install in my vehicle. He goes to convey the message to im assuming the owner/manager, they both step out into the lobby so I figure they want to see the set up, I step outside and nobody follows me out there, I stand there awkwardly for a moment then realize okay I guess I need to go back in. I go back in and Scott greets me and tells me he's happy to put a quote together, perfect. Then the young man walks back up to him and says "oh there on one today" which he was very comfortable saying in front of me and whoever else. This must have been the man he went to grab to come out when I first got there and that man did not even bother introducing himself or even greeting me, you could feel the tension in that place. Not inviting at all, and there is definitely some issues with staff and whoever runs this place. Scott seemed bothered by the remark but he remained professional and got the quote to me, which was damn near as much as I paid for the original install. I told Scott due to the price I will have to go elsewhere or look at other options. We have all been there, you walk into an establishment and right off the bat feel unwelcomed. Thank you Scott for taking care of business but something is not right with this place, the atmosphere just felt toxic.

Please do not use this shop for any type of electrical work on your vehicle — especially for a Smart Start installation. Unfortunately, they clearly do not know what they are doing. After multiple visits where they claimed the issue was “fixed,” my vehicle had to be towed back again and again because the problem was never resolved. We spent hundreds of dollars in towing fees and repairs with no results. In the end, they told us to take the vehicle somewhere else and refused to provide a refund for the money we had already paid. They also abruptly stopped working on the vehicle with no clear explanation. I rarely leave reviews, and I almost never leave negative ones — but I feel strongly that people should be warned. This business takes advantage of customers who need a Smart Start installed and leaves them with more problems and expenses than when they started. Save yourself the time, stress, and money and go elsewhere. Response to owner: We absolutely brought our vehicle to your shop multiple times for Smart Start installation and electrical work related to that service. Not everyone uses exact names online. Each time we were told the issue was “fixed,” only for the vehicle to break down again and require towing back. We paid for services that were never successfully completed and were ultimately told to take the vehicle elsewhere, with no refund offered. Whether or not you are able to locate our name in your system does not change what occurred. We have documentation supporting this experience. We paid for services that were not successfully completed, and this review reflects our real experience so others can make an informed decision.
