I came here for alignment. I started hearing a new sound coming from my wheel well so I take it back in. The mechanic discovers that BOTH of my sway bar links are disconnected and hanging loose. HOW DO YOU ALIGN A VEHICLE AND NOT NOTICE BOTH SWAY BAR LINKS ARE DISCONNECTED!? I fail to believe that both of came loose in their own miraculously after I get the alignment. But they offered to fix it of course, for another $330. I would give it 1 star but the guy who was down from Missoula helping the shop was a pretty cool cat.

I had a five hour drive home and nails in two of my tires. I came in at 4pm after trying to find somewhere to help me. They got me in, patched my tires as needed and even stayed late to get the job done. I got home safe and over the mountain passes with no issues. They were very helpful and Kevin and Cody took great care of me. They didn’t even charge me for the patch. They were all such a blessing and made my pretty horrible day much better. I would not have gotten home without help and they were the only ones open and able to help. They could have taken advantage of my situation, but they took care of me. Go see them. You won’t regret it.

Customer service was good. Appointment was at 11, car was put on the lift at 12:15 for work to be done. Simple tire replacement and was left with tires aired to 45 psi (manufacturer recommended spec is 31/32) simple check of the door jam for proper pressure was neglected . Not super impressed but they got the job done.

If you take a vehicle from a customer for service, you should be held 100% liable for what happens to that vehicle until you give the keys back to the customer. These guys deserve to be boycotted.

Great service today. Moose, from Missoula, was filling in as manager for the Valley location and treated me right. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. As I waited I also heard him interacting with other customers and was the same all around to them too. Sometimes you never know what kind of employer you will run into at Firestone, but Moose was top notch.

I stopped in because my low tire pressure light came on. Kevin immediately greeted me and provided excellent service from the get go. While I waited I had questions on other services that I will need in the future and again Kevin was very helpful in providing solutions, even when it may not be a service provided by Firestone. Two visits this week without appointments and they took care of me both times. The second order was a little complex and had one non-critical issue that resolved easily. And again I didn't have an appointment and they fit me in. Visited Egger's nearby and Rosaure's to pass some time. Also right next to bus stop if you're leaving while your car is worked on. Calling this location my new tire shop.

Came in on a Sunday with no appointment. I needed 2 new tires. Dani hooked me up, punched some numbers and for an additional 50$, I left with 4 new tires. Everyone was kind, the service was pretty quick and the store was clean. Even at 5pm the coffee was hot! I will be back and I will tell my friends. My new tire store! Thanks guys!

I was quoted an estimate of a couple of hours to complete my break job. So, I scheduled to bring my car in at 8 am and I then went to work, they said they would call me when it was done. They didn't call, and I went in after work around 2 pm and it was not done. They said it should be done in an hour so, I waited in there in store. 3 hours later it was not done and still not even touch from when I got there at two. I had to pick it up the next day after work again around 2 pm and to my surprise, it still was not done. I had to wait in store for another couple of hours before my car was done. This is not acceptable in any terms and the only employee that was courteous was "Moose" who had came in that morning from your Montana store to help out. He gets 5 stars the rest of the store gets no stars! P.S. tell the guys in the shop never to argue with the person working with the customer, it makes them uncomfortable!!

Minus 5 stars! They took possession of our truck on July 21st, gave us a invoice for the work to be done on July 29th, and the fire happened that night. Firestone failed to secure the truck and it was stolen 2-3 weeks ago but Firestone never told us. They ignored my calls and now are telling me they never had the truck. We have all the proof needed to take legal action against Firestone and will!

Excellent & Kind service! Well taken care of! Been going to Firestone for years with multiple cars. I drive extra just to go to this valley location! Unfortunately, I had an issue with my last visit and they were professional. They did their best to figure out what happened, and in the end took care of me. Patience & understanding is always key from both sides, but they really made this dilemma easy. I will continue to shop and get service here! A place that has my trust I have the Firestone credit card as well and have saved money with it if you are thinking about it!

It's so great to find mechanics who are honest. They recently replaced my battery at a fantastic price and fixed my tire from another company free of charge. The other company, who I have bought my tires from, not only did not fix the leak, but tried to upcharge me for valve sensors. There was nothing wrong with my sensors. Anyway Firestone took care of it all at a great price. Last year they also replaced my front brakes, also for a great price. They are my "go to" for all my auto care. I trust them. Oh, and Tank was especially awesome!👍

Best deals in town on tires and lifetime alignment worth every penny. Kevin Schulze and James both have excellent Customer Service and knowledge, explained everything to me. My new tires and alignment make mine and my girlfriend’s cars feel brand new again. In and out of the shop faster than I was expecting, definitely returning to Firestone!!!
