Had what I needed! Windshield wiper fluid, sun visor, and in the past I have ordered replacement lights for my car that were next day pick up. They have a knowledgeable crew and are always willing to help. It seems like every time I go in, there is a staff member helping someone in the parking lot with their car, truck or trailer. I love seeing this kind of customer service!

I'm changing from a 3 star to a 5 star. Manly because every time I need a part and every other similar store doesn't have it. O Reilly always does. Also I get a big discount because of my work. Today engines belts flew off on the freeway and it just so happened O Reilly had both belts I needed right around the corner. Thanks O Reilly

I had been pulled over 4 times in a 2 day period for no headlight. They close at 10 and I got there at about 9:50 and asked for help as I really know nothing about cars and the guy at the counter grabbed the correct headlight I needed and rang me up and installed it for me before 10:00. Something I had been stressing about for the last 2 days was fixed within 5 minutes of going in there. It was awesome.

My Tahoe threw a “low oil. Add oil” message and my engine light came on. Not wanting to drive too far I pulled into O’Reillys and Kevin got me completely taken care of. Added more oil, ran the diagnostic test, and got me all set to hold me over until my dealership could get me in. Thank you Kevin for saving my day!

I have to first say...These guys ROCK!!! I came into the store on a Friday evening. After a long day of unfortunate events, my coolant reservoir was bone dry. My heater was blowing cold and it was freezing outside. Hernan and Joel helped me asses the situation. They found that the hose was cracked and leaking. They suggested a quick fix, so I could at least get my Jeep home. The next day I returned for another jug of coolant, just in case. Then Sunday... I returned once more. This time I was determined I knew the part I needed. The manager kindly let me know if it wasn't the right one I could return it! It was in fact the right part and a family friend came to my rescue. Thank you for helping put my mind at ease and keeping your customers safe on the road!
