Everytime we've come in for a service appointment the service department has overcharged us. This last time was not different. At the end of November, we had our vehicle serviced and were charged for our oil change which should have been covered by our coverage. I know it's the holidays but it's now been almost a month and we still don't have confirmation of our reimbursement and I'm not feeling confident that this won't be an issue every single time we come in for service. I hate to leave negative reviews but this is getting ridiculous and we shouldn't have to keep checking our invoices every single time... And shouldn't have to keep following up to make sure we are actually reimbursed when we are overcharged.
