★☆☆☆☆ Worst experience I've ever had with a business. First, they are not Montana Dent Repair in Spokane, but operate under the name of Paintless Body Shop. We went in for an estimate and the owner proceeded to dismantle our vehicle without any authorization to do the work. He then proceeded to hold our vehicle ranson for nearly $5,000.00. After almost two weeks we got it back but had to pay $4,000.00 cash to drive it away, the rear turn signals no longer working and no repair done at all. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. This is the shop located in Spokane, WA only as I am not aware of the practices of the actual Montana Dent Repair. BEWARE!
