Went there with purpose to purchase a deck with Bluetooth capabilities. Both sales guys were friendly and letting us look around with no pressure to buy. Appreciated the low pressure and friendly attitude. I would recommend anyone looking to upgrade audio to go to car toys.

Prices kept moving and couldn't get installation accomplished. Website shows $129 for installed remote keyless entry. Called and they quoted near $400, then I explained I only wanted keyless entry, and quote changed to $275, then I explained the web price and they agreed. Wouldn't take an appointment, so it was recommended I show up first thing in the morning. First one at the door, and they give me a $250 quote again. Finally, I get the web price plus an up-charge for installation parts. Shop doors didn't open up for an hour. Saw one tech doing a truck detail and nobody else working in the shop. Waited 3 hours and my car never moved. Had to cancel out of the service. Nothing accomplished. They did refund my money, so no issue there. I will try Aspen Sound next. Picture below shows the lack of activity in the shop. One person working on an install in the white vehicle. I don't even have the basis for giving a star. I learned a lesson.

Absolutely terrible detailing service. Portions of the driver area weren't even touched by a rag or a vacuum. OK. So I bought a Groupon. My bad. Had to pay double the Groupon price for pet hair. Then they tried to upsell me more than double that already doubled price, again, for cargo area in a subcompact hatchback. But the driver's area wasn't even cleaned! See the attached pics... This is how they gave my car back to me. Standing dirt and dust around the shifter and the handbrake. Absolutely garbage job. They never even tried to clean it. While I was dropping off the car, I spent about 30 minutes looking at remote starts... No one even asked if I needed help or had questions. We need a remote start and possibly new speakers. You can bet that neither of these things will be coming from Car Toys. I haven't been to a Car Toys in years. Now I remember why. Save your time and money. Don't use their detailing services.

When my stock stereo died a few years I had Car Toys put in a whole new mid-level system. Not cheap but good value components. It sounds amazing. The amp developed a problem after the warranty period, sadly, but the manager gave me a screaming deal on a replacement and threw in a 4 year warranty free. "You spent a bit of money last time you were here. We're going to take care of you," he said. That's how you keep customers. Thank you, Car Toys.

I got my amp installed here a couple of years ago, changed my battery last week and everything stopped working. I got a next day appointment and they identified and fixed it in less then 5 minutes, no muss no fuss. (I didn't plug the AMP back in because I'm dumm). Thanks, guys!

Love this place. Have purchased many things there. Stereos, remote start and two amazing detail jobs. Both times I had tons of dog hair in car. But when I picked the car up, it was better than new. Highly recommend car toys for all your needs. Great very helpful staff. Have had to come in a couple times to reprogram remote start after dead car battery as well as reprogram stereo to connect to new cell phone. Everytime they have been more than willing to help out.

Felt out of place felt like the associate that was helping me couldn't be bothered. Body language says a lot.i asked for a whire harness there were two in stock they were not. I made purchase of the dash kit and left and then came back for 2 gauge wire guy stood there in shock like I was just some sort of idiot for coming back in for 2 gauge wire to be fair he did explain he only had 0 gauge and 4 gauge but still felt brushed off and dismissed when stores are going under because of online competition you'd think stores would jump all over to help a physical customer but it made me kind of glad car toys is in a toilet spin I've been a customer for 25 years and have installed stereos and upgrades from the locations and have performed 15 installs using car toys as my go-to... I received the exact electronics I wanted. I was informed of the price of the extra equipment it required to install it. I am happy with their performance and instructions on how to use the equipment. They hooked up my phone to the new system. I would tell friends to go and check them out also.

Told that they don’t do any scheduling for appointments. First come first serve. That makes things very difficult to plan for especially if you have to wait for them to complete. Now they changed quote for $250 for a radar power cord installed to $400! Would have been nice to have been able to setup an appointment. Won’t ever be coming back

The store employee was wonderful extremely knowledgeable and helpful, however I ended up having electrical issues with my car and went to store to obtain a refund which I had paid $1000 in cash. I was told it would need to be returned via a check from their corporate office and that it would take approximately 2 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and the employee who originally helped me said he doesn’t know any information about it so I spoke to the store manager who said he would call corporate and then call me back with an update, that was 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a return phone call. Upon calling the corporate headquarters phone number there are only 2 options to choose from and both hang up on you after choosing it.

I wouldn't know where to begin how to describe my experience with Joe and Aaron other than it should probably be illegal to be that frickin awesome! From prices to booking installation and speed in wich My truck could be finished had everyone of their competitors beat! By far! Not even close! They did a full truck stereo system! Head unit, front and rear door speakers dual 12 in. subs boxed and out of site behind the rear seats. Two amps! one under each front seat. Stinger 10.1 in. infotainment system. Everything looks as it was factory fit and finish. Superb work! Within 24 hours of meeting these gentlemen my dream system was installed and going home with me! I can't thank you guys enough! Car Toys is the only place I'll go for car audio and entertainment upgrades from now on!
