They are a Workhorse dealer and were helpful with my limited needs. Joe in the shop was extremely helpful. My use of them as stated is fairly limited as I handle most everything myself. Only a few things I can't do, like an alignment which I took to another shop. There's not a lot of places that can do it on those big class A coaches.

Wouldn't buy a plow anywhere else. The customer service is exceptional. My new super blade is a beast in the snow. They installed me a speader as well. Together those two things cut my time in a lot down by 40 percent.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! If there was lower than 1 star this place would get it. Whoever this Todd guys is, he should be fired. If he is the owner, then he should sell this business to someone who knows how to run it. You get the total runaround with this guy. If you have an RV that needs ANYTHING, find a different place.

I started going to Washington Auto Carriage about 15 years ago, after having much frustration with another dealer, who chose to use a torch to cut a hole in my frame, rather than drilling a hole per manufacturers installation requirements. The other dealer also told me that I needed special modules for my trucks headlights, which I was charged for, but not installed. I found the staff at WAC to be knowledgable and professional. They diagnosed my problem, fixed my lighting issue, and earned my respect. I have come to appreciate the quality work that they perform and they always treat the customer fair. While I have found parts and pieces online at a lower price, I have discovered the lower price really means lower quality. It is now 15 years later, and I have been instructed as many times as needed on how to service my snow plow, adjust my brake controller, and maintain my equipment myself without charge. Most shops just want you to pay them to do even the most minimal and simple tasks, while charging a premium price. Washington Auto Carriage, is a cut above the other shops that I have used, and has earned my respect and my business.

After calling all around town to get a job done ASAP. I got ahold of these guys, and they worked me in to get a trailer break for my truck when nobody else could. Price was more but the quality of work was totally worth it. The shop manager knew everything about the specifications of my job from the get-go. The knowledge base at washington auto carriage is the best in town, based on my experience. I will be back for any future needs on my work trucks.

Terry and his team at WAC are amazing! In the middle of a7K mile road trip our RV seemed to have an electrical issue. They fit us in to the schedule quickly, did a thorough diagnostic, and determined the problem was the electric source at the campground, not our RV. He would not charge for Joe, the mechanic's time. Joe showed me how to test power source in the future! They also set us up with a reputable RV shop at our next destination to fix a lock because WAC didnt have the part. Outstanding experience from front office to garage. Highly recommend.

Best experience I've ever had with any mechanic. I had trouble w my trailer brakes on my fifth wheel the day of departure for a 1000 mile drive they got me in and same day had me on the road. I will use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing mechanic work go in and ask for Todd!

We bought a box truck for our business and had to get some fabrication work done. Tod took good care of us and the technician Tyler did an exceptional job. The fab work looks great. Very happy with our decision to go with Washington Auto Carriage.

After a $3000 repair to fuel pump fuel rail and fuel lines etc the system started leaking fuel on top of the motor a few days later. And unfortunately this was 4 hours away and the company asks that we pay at $3000 towing bill so that they can look at it. Poor customer service I would not recommend them. I tried calling to discuss and was told to tow it there and did not offer any other help, but only after a bad review you want to talk again. No thanks. I got it repaired for less than $50. Your tech did not torque everything down. It was leaking when the previous owner left spokane and met me in Haugan so your repair only held long enough to get out of Washington. I had even asked if you could split the bill if I had repaired locally. That would have cost you $25 or nothing because I wouldn't have even asked for half of a small bill. Next time maybe consider the customer/end user before making your cheap decisions. I own a sizable business and go above and beyond for my customers daily. Hopefully you can learn to do the same.

It has been 2 days since my visit to Washington Auto Carriage. This is important because I was hoping to get an appology or some kind of follow up. Here is the story... Todd Got me in to get an estimate on the lift on my box truck. He said he would contact me by the days end with an estimate. I had to call the next morning to get this estimate. I oked the work and some "extra" things they said needed to be done, $1000 in all. I was told they would get it done by the end of the day. by 4:00pm I had not heard anything and called to get an update. They said it was done and If I was coming to get it they would have it pulled around to the fron and ready for me. I arrived shortly after that and no truck to be found. I went inside and inquired about the truck and after several minutes they said they would have it brought around. This is where the real issue started. I met the driver out front, and said thank you. He immediately went inside and I went to check on the functionality of the lift. It seem to work well but I noticed all of the old wiring just left on the back of the truck. I kind of shrugged my shoulders and wen to get into the truck and drive away. OMG! the cab was full of cigarette smoke. At this point I was more than frustrated. I went inside and said "I am a little frustrated, there is someone was smoking in my truck." immediately I got the following responses. "You mean welding smoke?", and I said "no cigarette smoke", Todd says " I dont know how that could be, no one here smokes." another guy with a smokers voice says "well I smoke, but I was never in your truck" At this point I was frustrated with their denial and unwillingness to even validate what I said. I left saying " Yes, I am probably making this up". I suspect that someone was on their "smoke break" and jumped into the truck to bring it around and exhaled in the truck. The overall customer service was poor. I am hoping the actual work was better.

We originally purchased our Meyers snowplow from Washington Auto Carriage (WAC) and had returned there for routine maintenance over the years. Other than extended periods of time to get repairs completed, the maintenance/repairs were satisfactory. In April of 2023, we dropped off an E-57 Meyers snowplow pump at Washington Auto Carriage (WAC) for an overhaul (it was working but sluggish). We anticipated a service time of a couple of months and so did not check in with WAC until June. Between mid-June and mid-August we received various reasons why no work had been done (waiting to get a batch of pumps to work on, our pump was in the next batch, etc). We picked up the pump on August 29th which they had totally rebuilt ($1,301.13). We trusted their work product as they said they had tested it and we had not had issues in the past. So it wasn’t until November 2nd that we reattached the pump to the plow and tested it. It didn’t work and upon further investigation, determined there was little/no hydraulic fluid (so don’t know how it could have been tested by WAC). We added fluid, called WAC for suggestions which we tried but it still didn’t work so returned it to WAC. WAC indicated there was an issue with the seals and o-rings and so replaced those and said they tested it. We brought it home, reattached to the plow, tested it and the plow did move up and down but once moved to the right, it would not move to the left. Called WAC and they suggested it was the hydraulic connections but they did not have the right fittings. This drove us to find an alternate source for support (which ended up being a blessing). We purchased the fittings, took them home, but the plow still did not work properly. The alternate source offered to take a look at the pump. Upon inspection, they determined the cross portal relief valve spring was shattered (did not appear to be a new part so unlikely it was replaced during the rebuild). More concerning, the hydraulic fluid had been contaminated (smelled liked a solvent) and had ruined all the seals. Since the only fluid we added was Meyer hydraulic fluid (purchased from WAC), the deduction was when WAC completed the second repair, a solvent was used to clean but was not properly flushed, resulting in damaging the second set of seals. The alternate source replaced the spring, thoroughly flushed the unit, replaced the seals. Meyers hydraulic fluid was added and it has worked fine. This cost us an additional $439.55. The length of time for repairs, the apparent lack of attention to repair procedures (not properly testing the first instance and not properly flushing the pump in the second instance), and the overall service level was unacceptable. It required multiple trips (105 miles roundtrip), numerous phone calls (numerous as most messages left were never returned), an additional $439 spent to get it fixed, and just general frustration in dis-assembly and assembly of the plow. We would definitely NOT recommend Washington Auto Carriage!

Stay away from this buisness. They will eat you alive. 8K of labor work to switch out a spindle($400) and put new beating and pack them with grease. First day back on the road and my dust cover flys off. Take it back in for a few minor details cause they forgot to button up a few things. They cant even put wires through a hole correctly. So before you take you trucks/trailers or what ever your wanting to get fixed. Think hard and twice. First and last time using this company. And to Todd the fast talker. Straight full of *hit.

Good Welding & Bad Customer Service First things first, the welding seems solid. They fabricated a snow plow bracket that bolts to the frame of the truck, and it’s holding up so far. My older bracket fell apart after 2 years, and I’m hopeful this one will be more durable. My main disappointment with this shop is the customer service. Todd quoted 2 weeks for the entire job when I dropped it off late September. When the 2nd week rolled around, I called and was told the entire crew had been sick with the flu and call back in a week. I called again 1 week later and was told the same story. I called weekly, and finally resorted to showing-up in person for an update. I finally got my truck back after 5 ½ weeks. It seemed like my small welding job kept getting pushed back for more important clients or higher paying jobs. I NEVER received a single call from this shop, even when the job was done. Quick-talking Todd will try to get you off the phone or out the door as quickly as possible. It’s hard to get a word in edge wise, and you’ll never get a straight answer from him. He’d fit right in on a used car lot. He estimated around 8 hours for the bracket build. I approved this and asked for a call if it was more than that. Total time for bracket build was 10.5 hours and I never received a call. If you choose this shop, know what you’re getting into and don’t set your expectations too high.

The folks at Washington Auto Carriage were great. They were able to get us in quickly, worked diligently to get the parts, and we were able to get out in four working days. They were nice people to do business with. I can highly recommend this RV repair center and will definitely use them if I'm in the Spokane area in the future.
