Subaru Solterra - they're kind of a unicorn EV being part Toyota and part Subaru. I absolutely got the greatest service. I thought something was wrong with my charging port, only to find out that my home charger had broken a piece off inside. Not only did they take care of it, but they replaced my charger under warranty! They know this vehicle well, and I would trust them to work on it again. They were honest, communicated well, and I'll definitely return.

Brought our 2024 Solterra in for a defroster recall diagnosis. Booked the appointment the next day after I called. Fit my schedule perfectly. Easy check in and they got right to the car. Service advisor Mike kept us appraised of progress and we were out in an hour and a half. Recall covered so i have no idea how much it cost. All in all a very good experience at Auto Nation Subaru.

TLDR: This Subaru dealer service center went above and beyond when the other dealer wouldn't. Everyone I talked to was just a good person and enjoyed what they do. We have all talked to someone at their job you just know hated being there and you felt it, not here not once. No gimmicks, no hard sell, no bull, real talk real conversations. It is long but read on for all the tea. Bought a 2023 Crosstrek, with push button start, not from a dealer. Keys were stolen. Subaru of Downtown said without keys they can not do anything. I posed the hypothetical that if someone came in and dropped +$60,000 on a car and the keys disappeared they have no way to ever drive the car again? They said yes as far as they were aware. So I called AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley and got Mason. Told him I am going to be a problem, explained the situation and he talked to his fellow technicians and said there is a way to send all the components off to Subaru North America and they can reprogram new keys. I said sign me up car is on its way. Battery is dead and no keys so this was a new one for them. They got the car in and Subaru North America said they would not do the reprogramming sorry. They had their reasons. So Jacob gives me a call and gives the bad news, but he has good news too. He says there is the option of replacing all the modules and reprogramming them, but it would be more money. I said I want a running car, have at it. Problem 2 is these aren’t things that are needed on a weekly basis, ie they don’t just die, so might be awhile before they come in… like 4 months. In for a penny, I give the green light, 3 weeks later Jacob calls and says good news! All the parts are in my hands and we can get started on Monday. Speechless but somehow yelled heck yeah back at him. They get to work and battery is way too weak to let them program the modules, even when on a charger, I knew the battery was toast already I wasn’t surprised. So new battery car get programmed they confirm it works then they finish the overall inspection. I get a video from the technician, showing me the underside of the car on the lift and going over anything they found. I talked with Mike about the needs and nice to haves of what to fix/replace. We agree that some things are a need to fix and others are cosmetic or have 0 impact but good to know and document, Mike didn’t try and over sell or exaggerate what was going on, no push back but an honest good conversation. So trailing arm and ball joint goes in money exchanged and a perfect driving car I have. Unbelievable service, every single person I talked to gave a crap and wanted to help and get me back on the road, they thought out of the box when others just said no. Sounds so trivial and so basic to talk to good people but we know this is not always the case. I will gladly bring my car in and have to serviced by them.

Jacob is an excellent service advisor. Came to have my TCV replaced and an oil change on my 2019 Forester. He made the process extremely smooth and fast. I had kids to get from school so he didn’t even hesitate to offer a loaner car. The work was completed fast and when i picked my car up they even washed and vacuumed which made me happy. Thank you again Jacob!!

I learned about AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley about a month ago when a headlight bulb went out. I went to my usual Subaru dealer, with whom I'd spent over $6,000 in the last 5 years, but they didn't have time to fix a headlight. I went to AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley, and they solved the problem in 15 minutes without an appointment. I made an appointment this time for only for an oil change and tire rotation. They were ready, friendly, efficient, and completed the work faster than promised. The waiting room is very comfortable, the service manager knew what he was doing, and he courteously kept me apprised. A very pleasant experience.

Auto Nation has always taken care of me and my car in anyway that they can. Taylor Kirby and his team are exceptional. They always communicate if there is an issue or a better option. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is in tip top shape before I leave the dealership. I recently had my infotainment center replaced and they were nice enough to vacuum and wash my mom-mobile for me. The courtesy vehicle process was super fast and easy. They always answered every question I had and never made me feel like a bother. Highly recommend the team here! Thank you Auto Nation Subaru and your phnomenal team for always putting out great work, service, and transparency.

These guys went above and beyond and put me in a magnificent, well cared for Subaru Forester Limited! Tyler is my sales guy! He put up with me, as I got a little feisty, and he maintained exceptional professionalism. Taylor is my service guy! He immediately ordered a new key fab for me and while programming it, he offered to help me find some specific accessories that I inquired about.

Taylor, my service advisor, was friendly, informative, and very good at his job. I brought my Forester in for an oil change. Taylor also helped me figure out what was needed to fix a broken a rear windshield arm and guided me in researching wheels that I needed for my winter tires. He did a great job! Thanks, Mark

I feel services are an investment in the life of my vehicle. They are very expensive, and living without a car is sometimes tough. I appreciate Taylor working with me to get my car back quickly, get me where I needed to go and work within my budget to assure I got what I needed and matched the most important services to what I could afford. I am noticing a big difference in the way my car drives and runs. Thank you!

Was met at the door by an associate. He was very pleasant. Came in to get my tires rotated. While waiting. I asked to be shown again how I accessed Google maps to find addresses to come up on my screen. Was polity shown , slowly, how to access. Tires were rotated and free inspection done. Need new battery soon. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

AutoNation Subaru SV did great. I had to learn my lesson with other cars...if you have a Subaru, just go to the dealer and get it fixed right the first time. I love my Subi, and sometimes stuff happens. They'll just get it done. In this case, they were straight up...Diagnostics came back with this - ouch! I am not the mechanic, but it seemed within the realm of possibility. How much? Options A-C to help me brace for it. Luckily it was Option A. But then, they also looked at the other things. Rather than push to upsell me on everything - knowing I just had to put in $1500 on an unexpected issue - they gave me a "priority" list to choose from and we could realistically manage my needs. That's how it's always been. I appreciate it. Nice job.

I've been to Autonation Subaru for services in the prior 5 years, and I'm satisfied by the service. The people are polite and their prices are reasonable. Yesterday, I got a good deal with the maintainance and a free car wash!

I love the staff. From the first when I purchased my Outback to the service check-ups. I recently purchased a set of All-Terrain tires and rims while having my one service done. Jake, in service, was great to work with. He explained my service and cost, also thoroughly walked me through my tire purchase. Just one more reason I am so happy that I went with Subaru. They're waiting area is great also; soda, water, coffee, tv and all kinds of snacks.

I've been servicing my Crosstrek at Autonation Subaru for 3 years now. I trust them to keep my Crosstrek in tip top shape. My service advisor Taylor's clear communication during my visit and advise on future needs are informative and welcoming. I have 50,000 miles on my Crosstrek and with recommended oil changes, tire rotation and routine maintenance I am not concerned about my vehicle's health. The service team here are friendly, honest and workmanship second to none.
