3rd time I have came in, for convenience because my shop is close. Last time they didn't let me know my ball joints were bad. Never called me to let me know my vehicle was finished. This last time I came in and there was no call again, letting know that the vehicle was done. Also threw away the tires I wanted to keep. And price seemed really high to swap I some tires I brought in.

Hit a pothole going to work in between payday's they had record that I was there but no record that I purchased a tire and he's still replaced for me. there was a few people in line and they're awesome technician got me out in less than an hour I wish I would have got your name, thank you, 😉 you saved my but I live almost in Idaho it would have been a very long and I don't know how I would have got to work the next day. you guys will be getting my business again when I need new tires. And the guy who fixed my tire got an oil change done in around 10 minutes or less your staff are rockstars and should be given a raise. Probably coming in Monday to get my oil changed...thank you guys from the messy blue Saturn wagon.......I just wanted to make sure that your employee got the warranty to go through properly and didn't have to pay for the tire out of his pocket because he was going to, and if he did I will reimburse him. thank you again

After getting an estimate from another business, I took my car to the N Sullivan Tire o Rama. Travis took care of everything and with the hard working and honest crews there my car was on the road 1 day later. I will recommend this store to everyone. My car is 30 yrs old and I know there were a bunch of problems Brakes mostly but these guys did it all and I’m very happy!

From out of town and stopped by to look at purchasing tires and since they were booked out, we only wanted tires with no need for mount and balance. The person at the desk refused claiming there were "risks" with buying tires alone. We left and found another shop to give our $1500 sale to. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Have had several services done this month. First they checked why my headlights would not work. Turned out the wires had come loose. Then I took it in because air conditioner was out. They fixed very quickly and were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any service you may need. Staff is very polite and helpful. They still believe in customer service.

Here at 6 am one person ahead of me 3 houres for tire rotatio I asked catelin what was taking so long. Her answer was. It's in shop. MUST BE WORKING ON IT. The service at this shop has gone to hell. . And employers are rude. Customer for years. I can't believe. This. This is the 3rd time trying to get work done. I paid extra for free rotational Leake repair.

My son used them to put his new wheels and tires on his car and everyone was genuinely nice and attentive. My AC needed recharged and I spoke with Trent and he got me in the next day! Was done in an hour!! Thank you Trent and Techs who got my car fixed so quickly!! Put a dye in and I will bring it back in 2-3 weeks and see if there is a leak. Again, very impressed with Tire Rama's help!

I usually get amazing service from this location, therefore whenever my car needs work I always take it to them first. Bought a new car and scheduled online for an alignment to be done. I come in early for the appointment and was told to come back because they couldn’t find the appointment. I came back during the work week thinking that maybe they don’t work on weekends and was told to make an appointment. Well that wouldn’t be an issue if you honored your appointment times. I left and went to the other Tire Rama for the same response. I really wanted to give my service to them but I don’t have unlimited time. After reading some reviews about their alignment work, I think I’m making a good choice going elsewhere this time. Good for tire repairs, not good on appointments.

I dropped my car off to be diagnosed and fixed for a weird sound it was making. It gas a 3rd party warranty and they said they would deal with all the authorization stuff when it's needed and to email them the document which was super easy for me not have to deal with that. They called and said they didn't hear it but asked me to come show exactly what noise I meant with the mechanic in the car too. I rode down and showed him what I meant and he thanked me and said he would call back later. He call back a couple hrs later and says one of the wheels was loose (new car purchase) so whoever did the last rotation did a poor job. Didn't charge me anything for it. Not 5 starts because a couple years ago I had a coolant leak they couldn't find and charged me $100 for the diagnostic work which left me leaking coolant for another year. (Another shop repaired it eventually) But will definitely use TR here again

My go-to tire shop is usually Les Schwab, but with a rapidly leaking tire, I wanted the closest option, which was the Tire Rama on Sullivan. The service I received was on par with the best I have received from LS. I would be glad to go there again for new tires or other services.

Relationship started out nice, got my oil changed here exclusively for awhile, bought new tires a few times, decided to get my brakes done, and asked if they would replace the headlights with new bulbs on that visit. Was told "yep replaced em no problem" and was lied to my face. They forever lost my business after that.

Sett the appointment for break bleed after installing new masyer cylinder, car came out exactly same as we brought it in, spongy brake pedal. Bought a brake bleed tool and performed a abs bleed and brakes got back to normal, this guys charge money and do nothing or just unable to do it right way anymore.
