I purchased parts for my car, took them home with the thought the person helping me gave me the correct parts. Not looking closely at the box, I opened it. To my surprise it was the wrong parts. After looking at the box it does state there are no returns of opened. I feel the mistake was made at the store when I purchased the parts by the clerk. I was disappointed when they would not exchange the parts for the correct parts needed. Won't be going back to this store again.

I found what I needed, but the sarcastic attitude of the associate made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I'm definitely of an old fashioned mindset; I believe treating a new customer with respect and courtesy is preferrable to presuming a comfort level that is chummy and sarcastic.

We come here all the time because it is right down the street from our house and always have an amazing experience. They all have a great sense of humor and great customer service. If you get a chance to talk to Jamie her customer service is five star every time. I had a bad alternator today I bought a year ago with lifetime warranty. She had it waiting for me 2 minutes later when I arrived at the store. Exchanged it no questions asked. Was very attentive and courteous. Very knowledge on cars and car parts. She even tested my new alternator after I installed it to be sure it's working properly and no other problems with anything else like my battery. HIGHLY recommend this auto parts store to any of my friends!

Seemed a little outdated, but hey who really likes newer model cars anyways. If you have a older model vehicle like myself, then they were awesome. I can't say I have needed them yet for my newer model vehicles yet so I don't know about that yet... Overall it's a good well-known, good name auto parts store.

Excellent customer service. I managed a parts store for several years at one time in my life and I know what it takes to be a quality auto parts store. This place has it. They don't always have the lowest prices but they are usually competitive and what does it cost to make return trips to town when you receive the wrong parts?

I almost always speak with Amy. She is knowledgeable about all the parts. Looks up and finds out of stock items quickly and gets them sent to her store in a timely fashion. I have even had her tell me about items that are running low on stock to see if I need any before they run out. This girl rocks!!

Usually this stores great, sadly they are going out of business.. I tried calling this Pines store, the Sprague location including CDA location in Idaho- no one answers the phones, so I went to the Pines store which was closest to me at this time and the older gal who was behind the counter assisted me today (1/2/25)⌠she said only the CDA store showed it had what I needed but she didnât trust the system so I should call or go in person. I said I had called all three stores but no one answered which was why I came to the store closest to me⌠She then proceeded to tell me she did answer my call and put me on hold and I explained Iâm not sure how it was me but I wasnât going f to argue amd asked if she would call her other store to verify if they have the part she said no but her boss was there so they should answer.. so I called in front of her and no one answered and so I again asked if she would call maybe they would answer another stores call and she refused. Another guy came up and assisted me after telling me he wouldnât call that everyoneâs too busy (there was literally one other person inside this store as a customer besides myself)⌠finally he called the CDA store probably to get me out of there but regardless they didnât answer. I thanked him for at least attempting. All in all Iâm just baffled by how the First Lady was and her lack or customer service. Itâs a wonder the stores closing.. this kind of service does NOT generate money hence your stores closing. Do better in your future endeavors and I hope you donât ever come across my job for help⌠sad day and a disgrace- no wonder people shop online more and more..
