Be real careful what you from oriellys. They gave me the wrong fluid. Yuba City oriellys realized it and sent me to their mechanic, Yuba City Tire PROS and Autoworks to flush it. Ceazer at Yuba City Tire Pros and Autoworks informed Me that he did not change the filter that Cortney, who told me it would contaminate the transmission if not changed, picked up the new transmission fluid filter and took it back to orielleys . After taking my car back to their mechanic 2 times it still leaks. I don't even think they changed the gasket. They most likely damaged the gasket that was on it. Using it anyway, caused it to leak.

great place to do quick shopping for auto and small engine oils lubricants, engine parts, brakes, batteries, some tools, some tool supplies, and gloves accessories for working outside. It is easier to shop here than larger stores. Getting help is available, too, compared to larger stores where you can't find any help!

They ordered me the wrong part for my bike. Didnt learn it was the wrong part till i went into the store. You may want to send them a picture of the part you are requesting so this doesnt happen to you. All in all they were nice people thereqq.

This is the best auto place! They r very nice people, very helpful and don’t try and sell you extra things that u don’t need! I know how men do to women they see “female” walk in the door & try to convince u that u need all sorts of things. But not these guys they even installed my windshield wipers for me and sold really good ones for the cheapest price possible. And I’m a FEMALE! U gotta shop there!! If I could I will give them 100 STARS ⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 across the board!

If the system says they have something ALWAYS call and ask them to physically check.... Because their system says they have it and they don't most times so they'll just say yeah the system says they have it. Also if they offer for you to take a battery and bring it back the next day to refund it to get the battery you need because it's being shipped DONT do it! They will fight you on the refund and you'll have to wait for the regional manager which could take a couple weeks to even talk to and even then it'll take 5-7 business days to get your refund after that. Not worth the stress and time!

Perdo & Alexs are the most incompetent employees,they both couldn’t give the client the exact diameter serpentine belt and had him to go twice to converse with their idiotic ideas of what should fit until I came to get the exact dimensions. 2hrs job made 6 for their delusional ideas os stretched belts. 🙃

I was very disappointed with this location. I dont usually leave reviews but this was bad. Sarb helped me and sold me a battery for my car, i took it home and swapped batteries, i noticed that it barely seemed to have the "juice" to turn over and start. it was late that day so i called first thing sunday morning and alex told me to bring it in. I did so, and sarb was there and he "tested" my car battery and told me that i had a bad alternator, he was adamant thats what it was, even as far to say that I must have left something on, but i knew that wasnt the case. Long story short, he was 100% sure it was my alternator, so i went home, took out the alternator which was not an easy task. Took it back to oreilly where alex helped me this time and he threw it on the tester and it came back as a good alternator, he even ran it 4 times so i could see. At this time sarb comes out and still is trying to tell me that it must be because the alternator was cold that it was registering as good, he said that when i showed up previously and he "tested" it that it was hot so thats why. Mind you i live one mile down the street so i dont know how hot it realllly could have gotten but either way i tried explaining that is it a possibility that they sold me a bad battery? Right away sarb was getting defensive and cutting me off, i just replied to him with, i am just thinking out loud, hear me out. I could tell the other guy alex was hearing me but sarb was for sure that i had a bad alternator. Come to find out, the battery sarb sold me had a bad cell, im no expert but a new battery should not have a cell go bad in 12 hours, thats 12 hours of my car sitting cuz i did not drive it after i swapped initially. I understand mistakes happen but for sarb not to own up to it or apologize or give me a "my bad" and him gettin chippy and defensive with me is what really bugs me, its customer service at its low. I spent all day on that thing when it was a 5 min fix/swap of a battery, or it should have been. I do want to thank alex for hearing me out and listening to my concerns unlike sarb. Alex even tested the first battery and showed me it said bad cell and even tested the new one in front of me to show it was good. Just really frustrating to spend a whole sunday that i had a family planned day to end up with misinformation and being made felt like i did something wrong, not sarb, but myself, like himm saying that i must have left something on instead of him trying to make the situation right. So after all that, i put back the alternator, put in new battery and voila!!! So i hope oreillys does something to fix this, maybe train your workers better or just get rid of sarb because i'm not the smartest when it comes to cars but what if i was someone who didnt have the tools to take out alternator, or a jack to lift the car? what if i was someone that decided to take it into a shop the next day based on sarbs "misinformation"? The next person he does that too might be worse, they may go in and get charged from a mechanic even if its just a diagnostic, possibly miss half a day at work etc. point is, do better sarb! Have some pride in your job and take accountability.

Best service and expert advice, O' Reilys not sure why but have had nothing but Great service here at this location, Sarb, Josefat and Kyle are amazing, no wrong parts efficient and know their stuff. In and out in under ten minutes bought 15 parts for 3 different vehicles.

Josafat was AMAZING! I was going to have to wait two hours at Les Schwab to get a new battery, so they told me to go to O’Reilly’s on Lincoln. I walked in and was happily greeted by Josafat who went out and looked at my car, got the info from my bad battery and then wheeled out his cart with everything he needed to replace it with the new battery. He was super positive, even having to be out in the hot sun while replacing the battery. He was very nice and helpful! I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Thank you for being such a kind person!! I was already having hectic day as hubby was home with knee surgery recovery and I had to go get bags of ice for his knee. I was having a hectic day, but it ended very well. Excellent employee! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw an employee name Josh about headlights,I questioned the previous headlights purchased from O'Reillys he looked up yes they were he gave credit recommended life time LED lights because my wife wanted brighter lights,I bought them,unable to install Josh told me come back he would help me,he then installed both lights and then said any issues give him a call I offered him lunch he refused and Said it's my job to help our customers. Actually this experience was my husband’s. Jesus, the shift manager went out of his way to help my husband replace our Honda’s old headlights to a brighter ones(LED). He went out of his way to make sure that my husband bought the right part and even helped him install them. Everyone in this particular store is awesome. Great attitude, great overall experience. They sure have excellent knowledge of what they sell, not just the $ part of it but also how it works. Thank you very much for the awesome customer service and support Mano
