I bought a car battery on line so I could vet a 10% discount. The webpage stated that they offered free installation. I did not see anywhere that it said some cars maybe excluded. Mine was and I couldn't do it myself. They did however tell me I could get a refund because other businesses that sell &/or install car batteries will only install batteries purchased from that company. Because I used a debit card I won't be able to purchase my new battery for a few days, as it takes this company 3 business days to refund cash that immediately was taken out of my checking account at the time I purchased my $200. I called not knowing exactly what I needed in the way of batteries for my husband's wheelchair. I had a bunch of numbers. Didn't know what they mean either. I had all kinds of questions and for 2 days kept calling back and the manager "Dave" was patent with me and did his best to help me understand. This afternoon I went in and bought exactly what my husband needed to get his electric wheelchair rolling again. Thank you ALL, Dave, David & Jim, so much for all the help and understanding. This store goes way beyond batteries and bulbs (although they have an incredible assortment of both). Yesterday my two-year-old iPhone totally quit working. Not even the folks at the AT&T Store could get it to turn on. So, I took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and left it for repair. When I returned the Tech advised me that it was not the battery, that the phone was filthy inside and a battery connector lead was improperly installed. He suspected it was a "recondioned phone" that had been sold to me as new. This store and its employees are very honest and extremely fair. Though he spent time working on it, there was no charge to me. I definitely recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs. Incredible service and very helpful employees.

This review is based on my cell phone repair service. I had a cracked screen so I took it to get repaired. I paid $400 for the repair. The only problem is that the camera did not work and they didnt know why and could not do anything about it. I spoke to the store manager whom by the way lacked customer service skills and didnt get anywhere with him because he said my camera was mostvlike damaged before I took my phone in. I showed him a photo i took while my phone was cracked and he didn't believe me. I will never come back here!!

Piss poor customer service and will sell anyone anything just to make a buck. Sold us the wrong battery for our scooter, which mostly sits and is hardly ridden, it's was the wrong size and been having problems ever since purchased. Come to find out that they sold us the wrong size, exchanged it 6 months ago. And refused to make good on their mistake. Instead, tried to sell us a new battery with a 10% discount...not even close...will never spend one red cent there, ever again!!! D&D Motorsports knows how to treat and appreciate their customers!!!

We bought two deep cell batteries for our RV online (10% discount). We received an email saying our order was ready for pick-up. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by a friendly salesman. He looked up our order number, went in the back and brought out the new batteries. He then refunded the core charges back to our credit card, and not only carried the new batterie out to our vehicle and loaded them in, but he also carried the old batteries back into the store for us. Great hassle free experience! We highly recommend this store.

My mom went in to get her phone screen fixed and they literally broke her phone and did not take responsibility for it they denied her claim instead of canceling the claim. Worst place ever. It was a samasung phone which ur supposed to were static gloves and the chick didn't even wear any. If I was any of u I wouldn't go there at all. Completely disgusting

Batteries plus employees that I have dealt with don’t have enough knowledge or care to provide customers with battery information. I can understand why brick and mortar stores are closing. When I asked for some clarity on a product I recieved an “I’m not sure.” No, “Let me find out for you or let’s take a moment and use this as a teachable moment.” She just didn’t care. I ordered this battery online, I didn’t see anywhere online where it stated to bring a government issued photo ID to get your product. I had my company photo ID, confirmation emails, all my credit card and health care cards and they refused to give me my products. I recently lost my photo ID. I won’t be doing business with Batteries plus in Yuba City after this experience, each visit to this particular store is similar, I have never walked away feeling like a satisfied customer, they are a specialty store that acts like you owe them something for the convenience they provide. I’ll order from Amazon and have it delivered from now on. To the management, get some people that care about their clients and the products you sell before you need to shut your doors.

I had an appointment at 3:30PM to get my iPhone screen replaced and the young lady at the front told me I had to turn off the FIND MY through my iCloud. Which was my fault because I forgot to do that beforehand. Took me about a little over 30 minutes to figure it out and turn it off since I had to work my way through a half working screen. I went back in hoping they would still fix my phone and they were so kind enough to still fix it for me. Super quick service. The young lady and gentleman were very helpful and understanding. 100% RECOMMEND!
