They're very professional there and they're always busy but they feel you in and try to get the job done as quick as possible but efficiently they are do people that work very hard to do the best as they can and to perform the best work that their knowledge gives them are their ability but anyways they are very very good there and I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there

I jumped in my wife's Yukon today to get her Starbucks and it started to backfire and barley run, I pulled into Ronco Automotive on Sutter St and met Travis. He immediately looked at it and plugged his scanner and found that it had an ignition misfire between cylinders 2 and 6. he said its a bad cap and rotor he put the new parts in and $80.00 dollars later I was out the door. Thanks Travis for working on my car so fast and Honest. I'm a customer for life.

These people were so nice & Honest, I wish they owned a restraunt so I could see them more often. LOL. Travis, who was so easy to talk too, actually drove me home so I wouldn't have to wait in the shop, then picked me up and brought me back to my car. This is the first time I've left an auto mechanics shop Happy and didn't feel like they ripped me off blind. Seriously though, I just moved from the bay area to Marysville a few months back & Travis made me feel like I found a friend...Thank you, Travis. You're AWEsome!!!!!

Charge me $167 for an oil change and a cabin filter replacement. Said they had to charge me extra labor to change my cabin filter. Googled it after I left it is literally less than 2 minutes. I was recommended to go here as opposed to going somewhere else because they would be honest... Honda in Yuba City would have charged me $90 for the same exact job and filter! Definitely would not recommend and I don't even think they changed my filter....

When a job is too big or too annoying to do myself I take it to Ronco. I've been very happy with their service and they charge a reasonable amount for the services provided. They've worked on all my vehicles at this point from a 20 yr old Camaro to a 2 year old commuter car. Best part is they've never tried to upsell me repairs I didn't need and they are always happy to use the specific parts I request.

This is the best place in the Yuba -Sutter area to get your car repaired . Travis is very nice and a very honest mechanic. We once took my husband car there because my husband believe this part was not working but Travis couldn't get it do it again so he told my husband he wasn't going to replace that part until he could make it do the same thing . The car had never done it again and we saved a few hundred of dollars .i used to always take my vehicle to the dealership and pat high prices until I remember Ronco and thought why am I throwing my money away if it's not under warranty . My car is in the liow 180,000 miles and a few things needed to be replaced nothing last forever and he was very fair on the parts price he dose not add extra cost for parts and his labor prices are very fair . I always get my car back the same day. I have know his dad Ron for many years and he was also a very fair and honest mechanic also . He taught his son very well. If you want a fair and honest mechanic then I would take my car to Ronco . Not only are they honest and fair they are very nice Travis and his wife . The REAL DEAL! These guys are awesome and I recommend those who have never been serviced here to come immediately. I previously took my car to another shop for an inspection that was soon labeled as a transmission problem. I decided to get a second look from Ronco and they quickly came to the conclusion that it was a simple driveshaft that needed to be replaced. I could not express to you how much I saved from a problem that was incorrectly diagnosed from another shop. These guys at Ronco did a fantastic job and I commend them for their HONEST work.
